This is a great little place for a quick bite--sometimes it can be hit or miss as they close when they sell out of food. The soups and empanadas are fantastic to grab, eat, and go. The pastries are good--if you wait until near closing--they discount the pastries as they want to sell them fresh each day. It's pretty much... More

Must drop by when in town. Yummy pastries and snacky foods. Cute courtyard location right on pedestrian St George Street. We had to wait for our pastry wrapped hotdog because they had sold out of them because they are yummy. They gave us a 2nd free and delivered to our table. Great food and service.

Now, do not expect a white damask table cloth French restaurant. This place is just a short counter in a small hut, in the back of a small yard that front on the street, serving a few varieties of a quick bite. There are tables in the front of the building where you can sit down to eat. The food... More

We had the sausage roll, the chicken empanada, lemon cookie, and cherry turnover. Didn't care for the lemon cookie as it was hard and tasteless. However, other items were excellent. Lots of cherry filling in the turnover. Chicken empanada had great flavor and was served piping hot.

The espresso was good but they when they serve it in china it would be sooooooo much better. Lots of good chocolate too. Sit outside in a patio.

Cute lunch spot. Food is good and the price is right. I order the picadillo combo which was just right for lunch.

Want to grab a quick lunch and not spend over $10. They have great empanadas and the soup bread cookie and drink is only 6.50. If you love pastrys try the Carmel apple turnover! I have been grabbing food here for over 18 years and never once been disappointed!

I was passing by St. Augustine on I-95, as I have countless times in my life, and decided to stop in to one of my favorite places for lunch. That magical place is the Spanish Bakery. I've literally been going since I was in a bassinet, accompanying my parents on day trips to St. Augustine. I've grown up eating here,... More

The Spanish Bakery has delicious empanadas, soups, salads and sausage rolls. Bread and cookies are fresh and warm, great to take home. Lunch prices are super reasonable and include main, drink and cookie.

We had lunch here and loved the beef empanada and picadillo. Off St. George yet it has a courtyard where you can get away from the crowds and sit down quietly. The baked goods look nice too. We got a 10% coupon on our receipt for ice cream at Tedi's and that was great too.
