We were there for lunch during spring break. It’s very unique setting. Lunch specials(daily catch) that day was excellent. Services were good and there little shops around dining area you can look around too. Recommended.

This quaint little cafe is located in what use to be the largest indoor swimming pool on the world at the time. Limited but fresh menu. Friendly staff. Excellent service.

We stopped in after our visit to the Lightner museum, and received 10% off with our ticket. This restaurant is in the former pool area under the museum and the food was great, there was even a piano player during lunch

While being seated I did see several people with dogs in the waiting room. But am not sure if they were service dogs.

As the others said, smart casual or whatever you feel comfortable in. I tend to like dressing up since I’m retired and don’t get many chances to wear some stuff f my nice stuff but that’s me.
