Dinner was outstanding! We had the tenderloin bruschetta appetizer, it was sweet and savory with a slow heat. Delicious! My husband had the special surf and turf which was flank steak and scallops. He thoroughly enjoyed every bite, said the scallops were cooked perfectly. I...had the special snapper that had Asian flavors with a nice heat served with sautéed spinach and jasmine rice. We loved every single thing including the ambiance. We plan to return next time we visit St. Augustine. reservations needed as there are on a few tables.More

Comfortable setting, terrific service, excellent food. What else is there to say? Everything we ordered was delicious.

Our meal at Collage was our first visit there, and we found that this restaurant just did not live up to the hype. Pro: The service was excellent; the space, although tiny, was warm and inviting; and the wine list was quite large. Con: The...menu is very limited, mostly red meat and heavy, overdone sauces; there is not a chicken or salmon dish on the menu; and everything is overpriced. We had a nice evening, but probably will not return.More

This was by far the best dinner we had the entire trip. I had the lamb and my husband had the fillet. We both went on and on especially the sauces. You will not be disappointed.

This restaurant is a little hard to find, and without reservations, you might not get in. Seek out these reservations. The chef is a magician who transforms ingredients in the most magnificent ways. I will never forget the umami of the melt-in-your-mouth lobster pate and...lobster ravioli. The ambiance was romantic, cozy, dreamy. And our waiter Ancuta was so kind, jovial, and knowledgeable - she made sure our experience would be memorable.More

This was our second time at Collage and we enjoyed each course. We shared the beef tenderloin tartare appetizer. Their preparation was excellent. My wife had the Veal Orleans which she truly enjoyed. I had the full rack of lamb which was amazing. Our server...was excellent. Overall, this is our go to high-end restaurant in St. Augustine.More

We were so fortunate to get a reservation at this outstanding restaurant. We sat in a cozy room near a beautiful fireplace in what could have been someone's country house rather than kitchy St Augustine. Other reviewers rave about the lobster ravioli which my husband...ordered and it was very good but not as good as the amazing black grouper I had. In fact, it was probably the best best grouper I've ever had and since it's my go to fish, that's a true compliment. Our friends also enjoyed their rack of lamb and fish of the day entres. After salads and dinner who has room for dessert? Well, since Coconut Ice Cream is my husband's very favorite, we ordered it and just about licked the bowl clean. Yes, it was that good!! Special shout out to the friendly staff and especially Justin, our excellent waiter, who made a reunion with long time friends even more special.More

I'm not sure any words can give this restaurant the notoriety it deserves. We literally stopped in St Augustine on a vacation to eat here because of the yelp pictures. Not only are you treated like royalty but the meals might have been the best...ever. Hubby got the veal scallopini which had the most amazing unique sauce. But the rack of lamb was by far the best I have ever found in a restaurant. They served it with a to die for peppercorn sauce which was much more savory than the usual mint flavors. Of course their potatoes are double cream whipped, yum. And the side vegetables taste like they picked from outside. Also, cooked perfectly. I promise you it will be worth it to go out of your way to eat there. We were only driving through Florida but have literally planned a vacation to go back to spend time in this cute town of St Augustine and eat at Collage!More

This restaurant is quaint and small which provides a unique ambiance for dining. We were celebrating our 38th anniversary and picked a memorable spot in which to do it. The food was fabulous and the complimentary dessert sent to us was unexpected and fantastic.

Everything about this restaurant was positive. We started with a goat cheese mozzarella appetizer with an apricot preserve and the prime beef bruschetta followed by their portobello mushroom soup. Then as a main course we had the veal dish and the full rack of lamb....Both were perfectly cooked. For desert we had their rum cake and creme brûlée, a nice ending to our meal. All dishes were Professionally plated and very attractive and appetizing. Service was AAA. Great place for that special occasion at a very upscale gourmet restaurant. On the reservation I indicated an allergy my wife had and once we were seated, the waitress knew about the allergy and said she already alerted the chef.More

It’s more for couples imo but I’m sure they would be ok with kids. I wouldn’t bring very young ones though.
