We sat at the bar and the bartender seemed annoyed that we were there. Had to ask for the filthy bar top to be wiped down, the nachos were ice cold, and the service was extremely inattentive. We asked for sour cream and didn’t get...it until we were done eating. Don’t think we’ll be back.More

We visited here last year - everything was amazing! This visit - nothing good to say. More employees than patrons - bad sign! If we had not walked there, we would have left. We were seated and waited 15 minutes for someone to wait on...us. Our waitress was nice, disappointed that we didn’t want beer or wine. We’d had plenty earlier and didn’t need more. The food came quickly. The turkey breast was really salty. The side items didn’t taste fresh and seemed to be served from a can and lacked the flavor we had previously enjoyed. The corn bread was tough and hard to eat. The waitress checked on us and asked if we wanted drinks and we said no.We asked for a box - waitress asked if we wanted dessert or drinks (again?). We asked for a box, not finishing 1/2 of our meal. We took our leftovers and dropped these in a dumpster outside the restaurant. After leaving, we both didn’t feel well. We used to love this place - no more. A big disappointment, especially since this we thought this would be a fun place to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I’m sure staffing issues from the pandemic have affected this place, however, other restaurants in town were very busy. A lot of people have curtailed/stopped dining out since the pandemic. I hope this restaurant can learn from this review - customers are few and deserve your best.More

The best part of the lunch was the service. Multiple waitresses refilled our drinks several times. The food was good. The biggest reason for not giving five stars was the parking; this is not the fault of the restaurant, all of Old Town St Augustine...parking is difficult.More

I came in for lunch around noon. My 3 meat platter was very dry. The ribs were literally black and charred. The brisket was dry and the fries were cold. I hope it wasn't reheated from the previous day. The sauces were on the table...for all to use. Those had dried sauce on the top of them so it shows they aren't cleaning them after each table. Pretty unsettling for covid. Not really a place I would revisit.More

This is the 2nd time we have went. Really good food and friendly staff. Next tine I go I will order a 3 meat platter. For $3 more than the beef brisket you get a lot more food. Nice selection of beers too. The smoke...house chicken pulled was great as well as the sweet potatoe mash.More

This is the second time we visited here and were quite disappointed this time, I did debate about giving this rating a poor score instead average. My previous review was positive about this restaurant. First the table felt very sticky and this time the restaurant...just seemed a bit grungy. We ordered the two meat combo and also the pulled pork dinner with coleslaw and beans. The coleslaw lacked flavor and was kind of dry. The portions were good but the brisket was pretty fatty. With all the variety of restaurants in the area, we will give one of the other restaurants a try next time. Servers and other employees were not wearing a face mask.More

Instantly became one of our favorite BBQ restaurants ever! Now on our 'Must-Go-To' lists. It has a cool vibe fantastic food. Smoked Brisket was delicious and the Pulled Pork was even better. Even the side-dishes were a cut above the average restaurant. Fries & onion...rings were home-made and the beans were fantastic. You simply must go here if you are even near Old St Augustine.More

Asked a local where they would get a good burger, they suggested this place for BBQ. My wife is a BBQ snob and she loves this place. Smoked turkey and pulled BBQ club was fantastic. Mac n cheese was cheesy and creamy. Slaw was good....Pulled pork sandwiche was also great. Sampled all the sauces, have to say the Mojo one was the best, with the vinegar a close 2nd. These 2 NC people are impressed with this place.More

The food was good and fairly priced for a resort area. The service was a bit slow but good and they had a children’s menu. We had to wait a little but the kids loved going across the street to stare into the cemetery we...saw on our ghost tour.More
