This is a nice enough cafe but... if you (like I was) are expecting a bit of a hub of Australiana, you might be a little disappointed. The staff seemed to be all American, and apart from an Aussie flag, a few maps and bits and pieces, there is nothing overly Australian about the place. However, it's worth a visit... More

Try the honey badger! Beautifully prepared with a leaf drawn into the foam. Hot or iced, their lattes are always a treat!

We went primarily for meat pies, which were good overall. The tea I had was just so-so, kind of weak. I'm not a coffee person so I can't vouch for that so by all means give it a try

This was my first visit to St. Augustine, so naturally I came here to TripAdvisor for suggestions - found Kookaburra and the Honey Badger and I'm so glad that I did. The coffee shop is charming and the baristas are very friendly and helpful. I made it my first and last stop during my visit it was so good. The... More

Thanks kook, now I'm hooked on the honey badger. We have gone to St. Augustine two weeks in a row and both times this place has pulled me in. Honey badger is the ultimate showcase for an under appreciated spice (cinnamon). We tried one of the meat pies as well. Nice flavor and fairly priced. Will be back, I can't... More

I've seen people saying this place is a little expensive and I would have to vehemently disagree with that statement. It's competitively priced with other places that offer similar items and at the Kookaburra, they're offering a truly superior product. The environment of the different locations, the actual coffee and food, and most importantly -- the service. Every one of... More

The sign for Aussie Pies intrigued us. What's an Aussie Pie? I still can't say that I know for sure what makes an Aussie Pie Aussie, but I can say for sure that the food we got here was awesome. One of us got a sirloin pie and a cold coffee drink; both were incredible. I got a sweet potato... More

I love their hot Aussie. Everything is a bit pricy but it's the best coffee I've had. Their signature coffees are the best. Not too sweet just how I like it. They also have a location on US1 which is convenient .
