I actually crave the Elvis... To the haters who say it's too expensive or that kids wouldn't find them appealing: One, you are really out of touch with our current economy and kids have unrefined tastes and they are not the key market for these GOURMET ice pops. These are a delectable treat for the adultiest of taste buds and... More

So many flavors!! I tried one with habenro in it that was amazing. My friend had a honeydew one that was too sweet, so we went back and she got something with black pepper (I didn't get a chance to try that one though). Not a lot of seating, however, so you may just want to take it to go.... More

$4 for a Popsicle is pretty ridiculous. All the flavors are not anything a kid would find appealing. Our son didn't like the first flavor and they did let him get another at no charge,so that's a plus. Would not go back tho.

I thought I would be adventurous today and tried the blackberry and goat cheese popsicle (the girl at the counter recommended it). It was delicious! It tasted like a blackberry cheesecake. I have gone here a few times and so far have real enjoyed their many flavors. Try it!

So good! All gluten free which was safe for me! We went twice and I ate two each time because how are you supposed to decide? I had yellow watermelon, blackberry clove, pistachio orange, and starfruit. Delicious!!

I'm not a big fan of ice pops, but this place may have changed my mind! We visited The Hyppo while we were in Saint Augustine for a cool, summer treat. Both ice pops I tried were very good! Lots of tasty and unique flavors to choose from, so I would definitely recommend stopping by.

We had a group of 9 the first trip, and then 14 on the second trip. We had to go to both stores to see what different flavors they had at each store. The overall fav was the Peanut Butter Pie. But I loved the blackberry goat cheese the best. Don't let the goat cheese freak you out, you don't... More

I loved their popsicles!!! And the fact that almost all are dairy free is a major plus for someone who is lactose intolerant. My friend and I were visiting the area and found i walking the streets. We walked in and the atmosphere was great. I got the strawberry (as did my friend) and we loved it. We ended up... More

Orange pineapple for my hubby and Mexican hot chocolate for myself. I eat everything chocolate. My hubby liked mine better. Cayenne pepper kicked my butt, because I'm not a fan of spicy foods. It's all natural, fresh fruit handmade here in St. Augustine. Nice little area in the back to eat your treat.

The Hyppo is a gourmet popsicle shop that makes all of its own products using only fresh, natural ingredients. From fresh basil to ripe mangoes to blazing ghost peppers, you're sure to find flavor combinations here that expand the notion of what an ice pop can be. All pops are gluten free and vegetarian, and about half of our selection is dairy free. We use Florida evaporated cane juice to mildly sweeten the fruits and herbs before their flash-freeze onto a small birch stick. On a hot day in the historic district, this is the pinnacle of flavorful refreshment. Open late.
