Met a friend today for lunch, I had a Julius Caesar salad she had a breakfast burrito both items were excellent. The Caesar salad was the best Caesar salad I have ever eaten and it was beautifully presented. The restaurant is Tastefully decorated with local artwork the atmosphere is very peaceful we had a very enjoyable lunch. Can't wait to... More

My niece and I dropped in for a quick lunch and were delighted by the atmosphere--a hip but not too much so kinda vibe--and great eats. She ordered the Big Fat Greek Salad that came with a huge portion of feta cheese and Kalamata olives. I got the Hobbit (sans bread), which is a Portobello mushroom grilled with brie, caramelized... This was my first time visiting and it far exceeded my expectations. Was surprised that they have live music, but it was delightful. Everyone was friendly. The food was delicious and filling. Enjoyed my vegan flatbread with hummus, sweet potato, avocado, carrots, etc., and the frozen watermelon limeade beverage was refreshing. Was told that the smoked salmon bagel was very... More

I usually visit City Coffee at breakfast time or for a coffee, however today I had lunch and am so glad I did. I like ham and swiss croissants, and this one was different, way different..... First of all the presentation was simple and gave me the impression of fresh and natural. (see photo) It was warm and full of... More

Exceeded expectations. Coffee solid and my wife loved the tea. Breakfast sandwiches were much better than you'd expect at such a small place. Kitchen wasn't fast but worth the wait. Cool interior and a musician was setting up as we were leaving. Four of us had a nice filling breakfast and beverage for $40. Worth a stop

Popped in for a quick takeout coffee as we were starting long day of driving to next vacation spot. This place was so welcoming and friendly (even serving a bowl of water for the family dog) that we decided to dine in and get some pastries to go with the coffee. I travel all around the world and now, as... More

What a great place. Contemporary but cozy. I had a wonderful breakfast of Chai Tea and an egg sandwich. The egg sandwich's presentation was unbelievable, tied with string and fresh rosemary. I loved it so much I went back the next day for another! I'll be back.

I used to love coming here for chai lattes but today my boyfriend picked one up for me and it was completely white and tasted mostly like milk...not good, especially not for the price. When I called and asked if they had changed their chai recipe and that mine was white and milky the person on the phone responded yes,... More

Hi, Thank you for the feedback & compliments on the atmosphere & staff. With the new collaboration of owners, there has been a shift toward using more locally sourced, natural & organic products wherever possible. We have recently changed over from a Chai Mix that contained artificial colors & flavors, high fructose corn syrup and a whole lot of other... More

Description
Stop by any day of the week and you'll encounter the local spirit and charm that makes St. Augustine unlike any other city. It's where you'll find a smiling staff ready to welcome you, take your order and provide the friendly customer experience you expect in a small town. While sipping a refreshing cup of organic coffee or locally blended loose-leaf tea, you'll sit near local writers creating their latest work along with students from Flagler College studying or surfing the web with the unlimited Wi-Fi, and a local musician treating you to some original new material. We host a variety of community events, such as the Narrow Magazine hosted Acoustic Open Mic Night every Thursday, as well as "Bare", a spoken word / storytelling event on the first Monday of every month. If you're looking to connect with the real St. Augustine, you'll find it here.
