You will be surrounded by ice cream and gelato shops throughout downtown St. Augustine and we've tried most, but always go back here. To me they have the creamiest textures and the flavors are rich and deep. They overload the small cups and accept credit cards (other places are cash only with ATM nearby...hummm) although they have a wonky system... More

Stopped here for a quick lunch. Service was friendly and helpful. The food was good- fresh and prepared well but nothing to brag about. It was satisfying and that's important. On such a hot day you want a cool place to eat and food that tastes good. This hit the spot but it's not a place you must return too.... More

I observed the whole restaurant and the employees are very clean, happy, and nice! The wait was not too long, the panini AND gelato is delicious! I recommend getting espresso and a small cup of a sorbetto before your food, it will be the best meal you ever had! I come here at least once a week, and still, I... More

The owner of this place is the most rude woman I have ever had the misfortune to meet. While standing in line my family and i heard her making several racist and just distasteful remarks to her employees. Next thing I know she is in a shouting match with An employee because he had thrown Something in the trash and... More

This is a second review about our Cafe written by a former emplyee Marisa Jiminez of St Augustine not a false name she published on this site. She was cordially accepted on our team to her first job she got after spending two years in a rehab with promise of steady recovery. Things looked good for a while and everybody... More

Great location in the middle of everything on St. George street. We had delicious salads, though the service was a little slow. The gelato and their coffee drinks are outstanding!

The panini was a little pricey for what you got. The menu states honey mustard on sandwich but there was no honey mustard or any other condiment. I will say the girl taking our order did allow us to get a cup of ice for our water!! No one checks to see if your order is correct so you are... More

Dear Customer, I'm sorry you didn't enyoy our panini because it didn't have enough honey mustard on it. We are putting a small amount on a bread as the heat of the press makes it liquidy and may cause the bread to get soggy. It could have beeen easily suplemented with more dressing on a side if you only have... More

I really liked the salad and sandwich menu. There was a nice selection and fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is old world and really nice. I highly recommend stopping in and eating there!

It's safe to say this is our #1 shop to visit when we are in town!! Perfect gelato!! On the other hand, their caramel iced lattes left much to be desired- immediately tasted watered down with a bare hint of caramel. Cashier lady could have been on the friendlier side but it was hot and busy so I can't base... More

Thank you for your review and appreciating the quality of our home made gelato. I'm trully disssapointed you founfd your coffee not to be delicious. Our espresso is fantastic and we pride ourselves with it . It seems too me the ammount of carmel syrup was not added in a quantity that satisfied you. I would love to pesonally make... More

Delicious homemade gelato. A must in the summer heat! They gave us unlimited free samples and it was hard to make a decision. They were all so good.
