Went there with my mom for the Mother's Day show. Not all servers were pleasant and the food lines were crazy. However, the ambiance was awesome and the food, when we finally got it, was great. I wouldn't return there for a big event, maybe...just for a chilled afternoon.More

As expected, it was a full house on mother's day. Luckily my friends and I used wisdom to get there a little after lunchtime so we wouldn't have to fight to get a good spot for the show. The food was really tasty and the...staff very accommodating even though I know they were under a lot of pressure. I went with family and friends to celebrate my birthday. Let us dive in. They were not able to accommodate my birthday cake until after dinner . The waitress was not helpful or informed. Food took forever to come. We would nat have received any...birthday treat if we didn't stand up strong. Two persons from our party reached late due to work ( this was the beginning of the week so you know) we asked for a table to be connected to our. We we informed that it's soon closing time. Needless to say they were able to get take out food and eat it....with good enough time before close off. That waitress was not ready or rather she was ready to go. Please see think slice of cake below. Probably because we had a cake. The drinks mediocre.On the positive side: Ambiance is beautiful. Food was delicious (portion kinda small still 😃). Prices are reasonable. Adequate parking. Just a heads up... Don't go there hungry.More

Shout out to the wonderful staff at Plantation Smokehouse, they are kind and welcoming. Special big up to our server Giovanni who went above and beyond, my spouse requested a cup of tea which wasn't on the menu and Gio was kind enough to source...a well done cup of ginger tea for him. Thanks to the happy birthday choir, my daughter enjoyed that moment. The food was great and the Smokehouse Lemonade was really refreshing. Keep up the wonderful work.More

Edward was the best, he's very attractive and check on us though out the service ,we enjoyed his company and will definitely Will be coming back ..meal was amazing especially the stuff Salmon that he recommended to us ..

I went there for my birthday. The staff was excellent ,service was spectacular from the moment I reached. Big up to Bridgette ,she is one in a million .She made my entire visit and my birthday very special.They all sang happy birthday for me .I...even received balloons. Great energy. This restaurant is off the chain.... when it comes on to customer service on point especially from the first person we met (bridgette) so jovial and customer friendly she comes back to the table to check on us the server was also amazing and the...food was absolutely delicious💯. Octavia is the best staft , she Is nice and friendly, she is incredible, the best waitress ever I will be coming back because of her.
