Walked through the boardwalk at Fisherman's Village and enjoyed the fantastic Christmas lights. We all visited the Village Fish Market fir dinner. We have been here many times and the past and always enjoyed a great meal. This time however, I was very disappointed. I...ordered the Shrimp & Bay Scallops that arrived at our table and very Luke-warm at best. As much as I hated to return the meal, I decided to do so. Within a few minutes the meal was returned after exposure to the microwave oven. Red Hot and grossly overcooked, the side of rice that came with the meal was as hard as a rock. These guys normally do a better than average job, but not this time. WT CoteMore

I'll get to the other stuff in a minute. I consider myself skilled in knowing good mac n cheese. They have taken their mac to a new level, which could be a meal in itself. Adding a little bacon and I would go find a...quiet spot on the beach with a beverage and life would be perfect. Dont skip this side. Scallops and salmon were cooked to perfection and the sizes of the meals were lunch sized or dinner sized. Be hungry if your ordering the dinner portion. Great value for the quality and size. Service was a bit slow to start, but it was the beginning of the dinner rush, which is always a bit more complicated during 'Rona. However, staff quickly adapted and the service was fantastic. Can't wait to come back.More

My wife and I have breakfast at the Village Fish Market several times a month. The food is always good and the prices are reasonable!

Had breakfast which was decent, service was good, view is nice. Dined inside and noted that the restaurant is in need of some serious TLC and carpet smelled bad. In this day and age not a good thing, not sure we will return.More

Came on a Sunday afternoon. They are taking COVID precautions. You can sit inside or out. Same great service. My husband is picky about his seafood, but decided to try the Lobster Roll. He said it was one of the best ones he has ever...eaten. Lovely spot on the water. We will come again.More

As we entered the Fisherman's village, we were told that this restaurant had excellent clam chowder. I LOVE clam chowder so I had to try it out. We had a table in the back room overlooking the water - such a great view and I...loved being in the air conditioning versus out in the 90 degree plus heat. We placed our orders, then the waitress tells us that on that day everyone was being offered a free salad, so we said yes. Then she tells us that they were doing a survey to help them decide on the best type of french fry to sell, so would we be willing to test some fries and give feedback? Yes ma'am we would! To be honest, at that point I was wondering if I should change my order since so much other food was coming, but I'm glad I didn't. The salads were great, and a nice addition to our meal. The fry tester was three styles of fries - all hot and crunchy and delicious, we had a tough time deciding! The clam chowder was TO DIE FOR - seriously, I haven't had such good chowder in a long time. The fish and chips were excellent, the shrimp was excellent - we were all very pleased with our lunch (and stuffed when we were done!). Would ABSOLUTELY go back in a heartbeat if I had the chance - don't miss this great spot!More

Went to lunch up this restaurant today and unfortunately my grouper and scallops very over cooked. In addition the ceiling had a slow drip leak. My friend noticed it 1st and then I noticed it either dripping into my ice tea or on the table....Advise the waitress and she said she would report that right away. Still didn't make feel good about my visit.More

The Fish and Chips that I had were the best ever. Very rarely do you get these without them being greasy. There's are not and the fish was delicious. The Clam chowder was also great. Our server was very friendly and very attentive. Perfect early...dinner.More
