Great Burgers and Salads (Actually 4 1/2 stars)

My wife and I dropped in for a late lunch, we hadn't been here for sometime due to Civid-19 and we are glad we returned. My wife totally enjoyed her Cobb Salad ($10.99) which featured a large slice of grilled chicken breast with tomato's, hard boiled eggs, cucumbers and crisp lettuce in a portion so large she took about half home to enjoy later. I order the black and blue burger ($10.99) with a side of mac and cheese. The extremely large burger was covered in blue cheese with a freshly sliced tomato and crisp lettuce and was cooked perfectly. As usual the mac and cheese was extra creamy and quite delicious. Like my wife my, appetite was satisfied with only half of the burger and the other half was taken home to enjoy at a later date. Extremely good food at very reasonable prices, we'll be back.

Excellent Dining Establishment

On Friday Juky 7, 2023, my Lawyer and I dined at Tail Gators in Saint Lucie West, FL. Our Waitress Jessica was extremely Efficient, Attentive, Kind and Polite. For our beverages we ordered 3 Liquid Marijuanas and 3 Titos Vodkas (the cocktails were exquisite). For our appetizers we ordered 2 Divine and Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dips. We didn't order entrees because we weren't that hungry as we had just eaten dinner an hour before our arrival to Tail Gators. I have heard from my neighbor that their Garlic Shrimp are plump and juicy.. In addition, I have also been advised that their Filet Mignon is Tender, Lean and Juicy. This is my go to place in the future as I have been dining here since they opened approximately 2 years ago and their food and service is always on point. Finally, I've had Tesla the bartender wait on my sister and recently and is the epitome of what Hospitality should be with service and a smile. I highly recommend this Tail Gators in Saint Lucie West, FL or their other location on Port Saint Lucie Blvd. Finally they have live music on Friday nights, Karaoke on Sunday nights and other activities during the week such as bingo.FYI,Tail Gators have a $11.99 FULL Rack of Ribs special on Wednesdays which I've also ordered and they are to die for as they literally fall off the bone, tender and succulent.Thank you Tail Gators and Keep up the excellent Job your doing.

Underwhelming at first thought, but decided to have an opened mind. Ordered off the menu a grilled chicken, bacon avocado sandwich and my wife had a shrimp quesadilla. The restaurant was less than 25% full but still took over 30 mins for our food. It arrived hot but immediately I knew there was an issue since my chicken was deep fried, not grilled. The waitress said "oh well" that's how we make it. The bun was nice, the bacon overdone, the avocado was limited and the fries were very good. The quesadilla was soggy and not grilled properly. TBH, for a $13 sandwich it should have been better. We gave it a try, but there are much better options out there.

Waitress was very good but silverware was filthy asked for 3 sets every set was worse than the first. Fine ally had to clean them my self. My friends had the same problem. I guess the person responsible for making the set -ups doesn’t know clean from dirty. Waitress apologized for the restaurant, but it’s not her fault. Ordered ribs and wings. Wings were good but ribs were fatty and tough to cut between bones. Also had a Caesar salad, not a good choice. This is a one and done for us.

Delicious food, excellent service

Excellent service and delicious food. Hubby had wings and ribs with fries that were perfectly crisp and seasoned on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I had the roast beef dinner. I think I had half a cow on my plate but the beef was thinly sliced and so tender. Gravy and mash were delicious and the green beans had some sort of glaze which was perfect. A cheeky little cocktail topped off a wonderful meal.

Me and my buddy decided to try this place out late last night and we had such an amazing time. The bartender was extremely helpful and kind considering it was our very first time, everyone at the bar seemed to know each other and included us in their conversations and our food was delicious despite us coming in really late. We will continue to come back! I recommend 100% Very happy customers.

Great Food!

We got almost once a week because the food and the service (ask for Matt) is great. For us, it's like going to Cheers because our server knows what we drink and has it at our table before we order. There are tvs everywhere so you can watch whatever you want. With that said, it can get a little noisy but we don't care!

We heard good things about this Place and decided it was time. Pulled in to the parking lot and noted many spaces reserved in front for "pickup and go, but no handicap spaces??? There was one further down in front of another business and filled. It was about 15+spaces away!! Not good for us that are handicapped. We parked nearby and walked slowly to the door.. Gentleman at the door welcomed us, on I commented about lack of handicap parking; he "blew me off". We were seated and greeted by our server, Tina who gave us reason to stay. We ordered from the menu; drinks and food served timely and hot. Tina was very pleasant and served us four stars. Will come back again when they straighten out the Parking. Sad!!!

Very Disappointed!!!

The French Onion Soup, was so salty, it was inedible and tasted like a salt shaker feel in. We ordered the Roast Beef dinner, which said it came with Salad and 1 side. The waitress said it would be an up charge for the Salad, as per the new menu, which they were waiting for, we said to her the current menu stated it comes with a salad, she finally had a manager come over and he argued the same point, finally we said ok. When the check came, they did take the salad off. The restaurant was fairly empty, but the waitress was not very attentive. I don’t recommend and would not go back.

Excellent Food and Happy Hour

We've eaten at the other Tail-Gators in PSL many times and it was alright. This was the absolute best meal we've had at Tailgators because we went to the location on NW Courtyard Circle. We ordered the French Dip and a Shrimp PoBoy and they were both excellent!!! The French Dip had some melted cheese that gave it an extra Umph and it had lots of really flavorful Au Jus. The shrimp PoBoy was comparable to any I've had in New Orleans in flavor (where I'm from). Naturally, it wasn't loaded with a ton of shrimp the way it is in Louisiana, but it was so delicious!!! The Happy Hour was perfect, the staff was friendly, and the other patrons were welcoming. We definitely recommend this location and this restaurant!!

French Onion soup

Service was great, problem I had was, I ordered the French onion soup and no onions and it had no taste. Waitress removed it from my bill and seen no onions. , but this is the second time this has happened to me. Had baby back rib, that were fantastic.

A Very Pleasant Lunch

Tail-Gators has your typical bar food options along with a few surprises. Enjoyed some really killer green beans. The menu has some other homestyle/old school options. We all enjoyed our lunches. The meals ranged from wings, to salads, to fish and they were all good. They server was excellent. Wish I could remember his name. The restaurant was relatively quiet due to CoVid and limited capacities. It must be a hopping spot when things are normal. We'll go back.

Stopped in for a Sat. Dinner. Wife had Mahi Mahi dinner and I tried the meat loaf. Just terrible! Waited much tooooo long. Food was cold. Just a really bad experience. Vastly over priced for the product.

Love this place the owners are so nice but today the bartender that I have ordered drinks and food with to awhile but tonight was different yes I ordered bonless wings but my old ass thought they would be like tenders when I got them to go and saw that they were one bite each I said something she with a stone looked said your acting childish really I apologized and said yes I would like the tenders and not the boneless wings now I've learned my lesson bonless wing are half the order of tenders and cost more sorry for acting like a child
