My wife and I had 2 for 1 certificates and as we have never been to an Irish restaurant before we though we would give the Shindig a try, a mistake. When we arrived, about 6:15PM, although not at all crowded the noise was overbearing and we searched for a spot where we could talk to each other, didn't really... More

Located in a small shopping center it sits among other shops and restaurants. It's menu is distinctively Irish and the fish and chips are exceptionally good. The Irish playwrights decorate the walls but it is the pub fare you come for. Burgers and other basics are also on the menu Service is friendly and no one will rush you Prices... More

Two rooms of pub atmosphere...I felt I was back in Ireland..... there was a single Irish singer the night we visited.... Enjoyed the fun atmosphere, and watching the Irish cheer watching a Notre Dame Football game on the TV...... We were sitting in the front room but had to move to the back room as the noise was too much... More

Visited this restaurant for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. It did not have many customers in it which is abnormal for the Florida winter seasonal snowbird season. I really like the atmosphere and the ambience of the restaurant/ pub. Makes you feel almost like you're back in the old world. Two friends had the steak salad and both liked them... More

Located in a small shopping mall. Nicely decorated, clean establishment that really feels like a pub. Good selection of draft beers ($5 or so) and bottled beers. We got the corned beef and cabbage/mashed potato plates for about $15 apiece. Not a lot of food, but tasty. Thankfully, unlike many other restaurants, they did not serve the ubiquitous basket of... We have been going to Shindig for years for the great Irish music and good food. Music is still good (when they have it- not often). Since owners change the food has gone south. Dinner servings are less than a lunch portion. They don't serve guests in groups at the same time. Looks like they only want bar stool customers.... More

They have the best Cornbeef so good. Shepperds pie excellent and there bread pudding is fantastic. Love the sauces with food so good. Cornbeef spring rolls are very good. Down fall is beer is very expensive mostly craft beers need to get a good draft that is affordable with a meal.

By The far the worst service ever experienced. There were 8 of us. 3 meals came out, they finished eating, 3 others came out, the finished eating, and then the last two..... Are you kidding me??? Go anywhere else. By far the worse experience of my life. Would not recommend.

The bar is really cute and I love how it's decorated. My poor score is only a reflection of the food. Our waitress was also very nice. I ordered the fish and chips. It was a generous portion haddock but it was sooooo greasy. The coleslaw that came with it was about 3 bites. The tartar sauce and fries were... More
