Prices have increased again. Quality of food has gone down. Not a good combo. Poor execution of spaghetti and clams as well as veal parm on the bone. Too bad, was a good place.

We came in to celebrate my brother's 21st birthday with a party of 10 and we had the most amazing experience! It's very small and intimate but really makes you feel like you're in an authentic restaurant in Italy. The food was unbelievable and cooked...to perfection. Our server, Zach, was so friendly, attentive, and really made our experience so amazing. Thank you Zach!!! At the end of our dining experience, the head chef came out and personally introduced himself and was so down to Earth and humble. Thank you Ristorante Corleone for a great birthday celebration for my brother and our family!More

We have followed Chef Corleone on IG for a few months even though we don’t live in the Port St. Lucie area. We drive through this part of Florida occasionally and we were excited when our schedule allowed us to stop for dinner. We were...not disappointed! We had the Crostini, carbonara, pistachio pesto, lamb chop, and the tiramisu. Service was truly perfect as Zack had the delivery of plates times perfectly. We will definitely be back - quality of food was excellent and our evening was a true dining pleasure.More

We'll start by apologizing to Malissa, Luca, and the rest of the staff for taking so long to write this review. It is long overdue. On a visit to Hutchinson Island in November 2023, we had the "buona fortuna" to discover this little Italian culinary...gem nestled in a non-descript strip mall off Federal Highway. It was easy to find with ample parking near the front door. When we say "little", we mean it in the most complimentary way. With only thirteen tables or so, the restaurant is purposefully quaint. The décor offers just enough panache to make your dining experience feel special, but without being stuffy. On our first visit (we ate there twice in four nights), we arrived on-time, right when the restaurant opened. Malissa was there to greet us and sat us in a nice spot at a two-person table top adorned with a white tablecloth, black napkins, and nice silverware. We were hungry, and when we saw the menu, we decided right then this would be a full-on traditional Italian meal, beginning with antipasti, then our primi, followed by our secondi, and finishing with our dolci. Ristorante Corleone is no Americanized "spaghetti and meatballs" mass production line. It is fine, authentic Italian food, the kind you'll find being served in homes in Sicilia, Lombardia, Toscana, Emilia-Romagna, Lazio, Abruzzo, and Veneto. Luca and his family are serious about maintaining very high standards of true Italian quality. The smaller scale of the restaurant allows them to do exactly that. Aside from the wine, *everything* is made in-house from scratch. As noted earlier, we ate there twice in a matter of a few days and had the opportunity to enjoy a significant portion of the menu. Everything we ate matched, and often exceeded, our high "Italian foodie" standards. It would take too long to evaluate each dish, so we'll highlight a few of the top takeaways: The bruschetta is out of this world. There is a reason it has "gone viral" on social media. Order it. But, be forewarned you could almost make a meal of this one antipasta. The Pepata di Cozze (mussels) was superb and a nice, lighter way to begin a meal. The pasta alla Carbornara will transport you straight to Roma's Campo dei Fiore. It is exquisitely made with imported Guanciale di Norcia, Pecorino-Romano, and luxurious egg yolks, married with perfectly cooked, al dente pasta. Being meat lovers, we dove headfirst into Abbachio Scotadito, succulent grilled wrack of lamb complete with sides, and an off-the-menu Costata di Vitello, a thick, perfectly grilled bone-in veal steak. Another off-the-menu item deserving your attention is the Osso Bucco, a spectacular dish made the authentic way with a slowly braised genuine veal shank served with perfectly prepared risotto. No Italian meal would be complete without wine, and Ristorante Corelone did not disappoint. Malissa helped us pair our dishes with a fine selection ofvini bianchi e rossi that perfectly complimented the dishes to our palates. The dolci was, as you would expect, fantastic. The Tiramisu and Cannoli Siciliani are made with authentic ingredients and were the perfect ways to end our meals. Unfortunately, we live a few hours away from Ristorante Corelone, or we would make this our own neighborhood "Vesuvio" and adopt Malissa, Luca, and the rest of the Fontanarossa family as our own. Looking forward to another visit (or two) later this year. 'Centanni!More

Tried Ristorante Corleone based on the reviews. The meals and service exceeded our expectations. The Caesar salad was not a typical salad. All homemade with shaved cheese. The garlic and Parmesan bread was irresistible. I had the 16 ounce ribeye done medium. It was done...perfectly and so tasty. My wife had Osobuco with risotto. It was fabulous! We shared the tiramisu. Perfect for sharing and oh so good! Our waiter, Zach, was very attentive and timed all of the courses perfectly. Highly recommend!More

This was our first time at Ristorante Corleone but it will not be our last. Both the food and the service were absolutely wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better server. Melissa was excellent. She was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and professional. We...started off with Melissa's recommendation of Bruschetta which was delicious. My wife ordered the Chicken Marsala which she said was delicious. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana which was excellent. We finished off a great evening with their Tiramisu which was the best that we have ever had. This family owned and operated restaurant is very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Ristorante Corleone.More

The food was very good and the wait staff were wonderful. Our first visit was on a Friday night. The tables were so jammed in it felt claustrophobic. We then tried it on a Wednesday night. They had taken some of the tables out and...it was a great experience. I hope the owner tries to fix this problem.More

I had heard different reviews of this restaurant and decided to try it as I was looking for good Italian food. I was disappointed at the size of the place, very small with too many tables and I felt claustrophobic. No hostess stand and no...bar. I barely squeezed through the seating arrangements to get back out to the entrance when leaving. Our waitress was nice but screamed the specials at us as the noise level was inside was high. As far as the food it didn't taste too bad but a bit overpriced on most dishes. The wine list regarding any brand for a glass of wine; most were listed at $15. Most bottle of wine prices were listed at $55. It was nice that I got to have a sip of wine from two bottles but actually didn't think the one I chose was worth the price of $55. Needless to say I will looking to try another Italian restaurant in the future. One less crowded, less noisy, better food and more reasonable prices on food wine.More
