Have a hankering for some wonderful BBQ? Well, look no further than Paul Gant's BBQ. It's tender and well seasoned. This is one of the best BBQ joints I've ever been to. Their sides are delicious and fresh. Look no more, you've found his store. You won't be disappointed.

The food is great, and at low prices. Only downside is that they are only open Thursday through Saturday. It's just a food truck, no seating. But delicious barbecue!

Being a local my view is slanted to say the least. Paul until his death and his family have provided quality food in this area for years at their walk-up roadside trailer. When asked to cater....you can bet it was going to be a treat. The BBQ and sides are excellent! Today and as in the beginning....you are met with... More

We had lived on seafood all week. Bbq truck only open on weekend. Friday morning when we went by cars were already waiting. The hungry man dinner is A lot of food, two of us split one. Pulled pork, chicken and ribs with two sides. Collard greens were very good and served with corn bread. Others were there just to... More

Really don't know if her has regular hours but if you see 'smoke' ..he's cooking! Small food trailer on the highway going into Port Saint Joe. The best bbq I have had in a very very long time! The baked beans, slaw and we order extra sauce on the side are out of this world~

The Gants consistently serve some of the best ribs and chicken that you will find anywhere on the globe. Their sweet and tangy BBQ sauce is amazing!!

I am not a big fan of BBQ. That said, if Paul Gant is catering the event, Im there. The trailer was at the same corner for years - way before food trucks were cool. They suceeded because the food is fantastic! Best BBQ south of Memphis.

If you are in the Port St Joe, FL area, be sure to stop by Paul Gant's food truck on Hwy 98. They have delicious pulled pork, BBQ chicken, ribs, etc... You can get full plates or just sandwiches. They have baked beans, cole slaw, potato salad for sides. The are very reasonably prices too!

One of the best meals I had all week in Port St. Joe! Folks line up to get this BBQ and go early before they run out! We had the boston butt sandwiches with cole slaw and baked beans. Delish! The beans have jalapenos which give them a kick. Can't wait to go back next year.

Very good BBQ! Worth the wait. Pulled pork was fantastic. Bystanders advised never leaving without the peach cobbler. I resisted but have regretted it! Next time!!! And there will be a next time
