Wonderful food in an old fashioned diner atmosphere dedicated to Elvis with memorabilia everywhere. Extensive diner menu with surprisingly good specials such as Tuesday pot roast and Friday Fishfry which are outstanding. Breakfast is incredible!

They open early. Breakfast is available all day. Basic tables and chairs. Nothing fancy. I ordered bacon, eggs, potatoes toast. Lots of food for a reasonable price. Good service.
I usually visit Lester's regularly but wanted to try out nelsons for a change.. I must say I was surprised at the speed and freshness of the food.. To have the cook come from the kitchen and ask if everything was okay really shocked me.....I will be back real soon.. Lester's is okay but I'm tired of feeling like they only care about money more then the customers well being.. Two thumbs up..More
We love Nelson’s diner! The past few years, they have not been open on Sundays and we missed that. Now that they are, we are back and really love the food, the atmosphere and the service. The prices are also excellent! Don’t ever change and...please stay open on Sunday!More
What a great find. Went for breakfast, but will definitely go back for dinner. They have great daily specials. Wish we found this place before heading home. Quaint diner with an owner that just loved Elvis. Lots of great pictures & articles of him decorate...the walls. Staff was very personable & service was fantastic. Great neighborhood experience.More
Florida diners are a dime a dozen but this one rises to the top of the heap. I give Nelsons five stars because it’s breakfasts come fully loaded. If you want eggs you are totally free to add your meat and hash browns or grits...plus your toast. My tip is go for the hash browns: golden crispy goodness.More
We felt like we'd taken a trip back in time with the music and decor. The waiter was friendly and attentive to all the patrons in the diner, many of whom were regulars. The food was well prepared with more than enough to eat on...each plate. If we had been staying in the area longer, we would have taken go boxes for the leftovers.More
Walking in atmosphere was ok, but needs work. Floors were not swept, holiday decorations clashed with the Elvis theme, hollowed decorations where still left up with Christmas decorations. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. Food was good but a bit too warm to immediately...eat. Fries were overdone. The deserts were lacking.More
Had eggs benedict and oatmeal. Coffee good, eggs just right, oatmeal with brown sugar and raisins on the side. Servers supplied my dog with ice water. Outside seats have shade and fans. What more could a guy want? I will be back!
Small Diner but great service and pride in every bite. The cook came out to see how we liked our dinner and the server was very attentive to us throughout the meal. We tried the Mahi Rueben with Mahi and cole slaw in lieu of...corned beef and sauer kraut. It was very good and the Mahi was hot off the grill. The tea was good and not watered down. I am really intrigued by the breakfast menu that looked amazing. Would definately return.More
It's a small 50s-60s themed diner in a little strip mall. The inside devor is very cool and the staff is very friendly and warm. The food is homemade and so delicious! They have all day breakfast, lunch and early bird dinner specials too. Really...great spot!More
I left in tears without touching my food after the waiter made an obvious jab at my weight. They paid for our food but given that this was my last day of my vacation it pretty much ruined the overall day. Staff was not friendly...even before this incident and the place looked like it hadn’t seen the right side of a sponge in years. We came because the reviews were promising and as I said I left in tears. Give your money to better establishments who know how to treat their patrons.More
I would highly recommend, this is a cute little diner with a 1950's feel and plenty of reasonably priced excellent food.
It was alright. It's a Diner and you get Diner food. Nothing about it said, wow, this is awesome, but it was a good diner meal. Only after I was eating did I realize everyone got choice of potatos - hash browns or home fries....I wasn't asked and got home fries, but would have preferred hash browns. On the plus, hot coffee was regularly refilled.More
What a fun place! Food was great and staff was fun! Very much like a typical diner where clearly the locals come often
