I was at this place 4 years ago and it was almoust a dream place for local food and good service. Seems like for 4 years is a lot of time. Looks like it has changed to beer garden with fast food type of food....Food quality poor and selection also limited. Service level I would call still acceptable.More

It has been probably eight years, or more, since I last visited this restaurant. The long hiatus was due to issues with menu quality, and rude customer service. As I remember there was even an incident where a boiler exploded injuring some workers here not...too long ago. After all this time we decided to give this restaurant another try. After a long time things were bound to be different. This restaurant is in the heart of the center of Napajedla. There is parking, but during midday it might be hard to find a parking space, because there are other stores as well using the same parking area. The decor is reminiscent of a hunting lodge, but very nice and attractive. Up front there is an area that is more suitable for those dropping in just for a drink. The bar actually separates the front area from the rear restaurant area, which has two floors of dining space. I personally like the old photos throughout the dining area of Napajedla. The restaurant is clean, as well as the restrooms, which appear to be newly remodeled. The menu changed from the last time we were there, but you would expect that after eight years. There were four of us and we had Czech style fried cheese, and three orders of the grilled pork tenderloin with pepper sauce. The food came piping hot and fresh, and it tasted very good. Frankly, I was impressed with the fried cheese. It is a common dish in the Czech Republic, really designed for children, but it is often very bland. Not here! It was also wonderful. I also recommend the Pilsner Urquell if you are ordering a beer. The staff were quick and attentive, and did a good job tending to us. They weren't rude, and frankly they were pleasant. I have to say this was a massive improvement over our last visit. If you are in the area I am sure you can't lose by stopping here for a meal. I was happily surprised and impressed. I hope they keep up the good work. I look forward to coming here again to try something different.More

I went here a few times whilst I was working locally. They had a great variety of traditional local foods at a very good price. The lunch meal was just as varied. It had a nice seating area out the front for when it's warm,...but equally inside a nice environment. Recommended thoroughly to me by locals, and I can see why.More

The staff was not very helpful or welcoming. There were few locals, the restaurant is not very busy on weekdays. This restaurant also serves breakfast for nearby accommodation provided by Baltaci "hotel". French fries from supermarket, pepper sauce was white gravy with bunch of whole...green pepper seeds...More

Good beer and very good steak. I was placed in the hall at the entrance without requesting for stay in the main one....probably reserved? Service to be evaluated one more time.

This restaurant is good for everyday meal. It is good for bikers and tourists too! I offerd a beef burger and it was quiet good! I liked it. One big bad aspect was that when I came to the restaurant with my little dog, waitress...told me (unpleasantly) that I have to sit in front of the restaurant with my dog. I did not feel good, because of her dealing, but it does not matter, the food was great!More
