Food delay , wrong food, and the food taste was very strong . Soap was very salty and the lemon and pepper wings were basically lemon only. So much lemon that I couldn’t taste any meat. Could be chicken, shrimp but in the end it was only lemon.

While in town for business, a colleague and I had dinner here. I ordered fajitas, which were average or above. However, when they were brought out without the flour tortillas, the waiter apologized and went back to the kitchen. When he returned he said that they don’t serve their fajitas with tortillas. I said I had never heard of that and he agreed that other places do but they don’t. I ate my meal, like a salad not like a fajita. When we paid we remarked that the meal was good but would have been better with something with which to eat the fajitas, like they are normally served. The waiter then said, “Maybe we are just out of them.” I checked the menu as we left and the fajitas meal plainly says that it is served with four soft tortillas.
We are in the area regularly, but will not return here. A little honesty would have been appreciated.

We arrived and were seated, our drink order was taken, and we waited, and waited and waited. We decided to choose our dinner. Finally our drinks came and we expressed to the waitress that we were ready to order. We ordered our meal. My food was enjoyable. I had a Bo’s house salad w grilled salmon on top. My husband had a burger medium, with fries. The burger was medium rare if not rare. He did not want to wait for a new burger and touched it out. The waitress came around finally after our meal was done and asked if we wanted any deserts or coffee, we said, “no, just the check…” and we waited and waited again, finally I went in search of our waitress and found her and asked for the check. Looking to go out and eat again tonight and I won’t go back… due to poor service.

We were excited to visit this location for drinks & food, sat outside near the bar on a gorgeous Florida afternoon.
Eventually a server came over to take our order, 3:30 on a Thursday. Food was ok, drinks were good, but what came next appalled us and confirmed I will not be back.
A guest came in with a dog. Mind you, we’re outside at the bar, ok. Two severs came over with masks down to talk with the guest and fawn over the dog. Petting, letting the dog lick them, etc. The bartender then joined. Masks down, covered in dog fur & slobber, and then each of the preceded to go back to their job. Bartender poured a beer from the tap, brought out an order of food and served the expecting guests their burgers with a side of fur and dog saliva. Bartender then came back to dog, pulled mask down, pulled shorts from the wedgie she had in front and back, pet the dog and then went back to serving. Our server was among the group petting the dog and brought us silverware straight from petting/being licked. One in our party is allergic to dogs, so we kindly asked him to wash his hands and didn’t use what he had handed to us. After watching this happen several more times, we were done with our food. Not because we had finished our food/drinks, just because in the circumstances, we were done. Grossed out with what we saw. Lack of respect for hygiene. And the smell of the dead, rotting opposum at the table behind us was adding to the atmosphere (yes, it was brought to the attention of the chef and waiter that it was there).
Addressed our concerns to the manager, which she kindly listened to and offered us a free round of drinks or a gift card. She also said she would address the staff (which she must’ve, because as we talked out in the parking lot, our server came out and spit in our direction). Needless to say, I will not be returning. It’s too bad because I love Bokampers, the fun atmosphere watching games...but I will not be returning.

In a nutshell: noise level is uncomfortably loud inside or out, staff are either rude or apathetic, food is poorly seasoned, overcooked or underdone, restaurant is dirty, wait time is long. The seating outside had a decent view. Parking was available. If you arrive late in town, Bokampers will be one of the few places open past 8 during the week.

This place is fun and touristy with a great view, but the menu is extremely limited and their frozen drink machine was down both times we visited. We ordered an appetizer and waters, but what we really wanted was a frozen drink. The appetizer was too salty and we ended up leaving to order our dinner elsewhere as there wasn't much to choose from. We were encouraged to leave a review and offered free drink certificates for doing so. We won't be returning.

We went to the Bokampers at the FL airport. Well we realize that everyone is having a hard time getting help, and understood that I’m able to take quite some time, it came out completely incorrect. One of us ordered the vegetarian burger and actually got real meat. Another, who has gluten issues, I ordered a salad with no croutons and the croutons were all over her salad. When we told the waitress she confirmed that she put the order in correctly but the kitchen had messed up the order. We were still charged full price.

Most impressive thing about this place is the number of televisions you can view without turning your head more than 10 degrees. Food is standard for a sports bar, nothing impressive here. Great view of Pine Island Road's traffic, especially during evening rush hours. Three "greaters" at reception care a lot more about talking among themselves than paying attention to new customers. I'd skip this place if I were you!

We went for lunch. Small crowd so we were able to sit immediately. They did not give us the lunch special menu, we had to ask for it. Seems like they tried to upsell us. Secondly, there was an advertisement on the table that said $8.99 lunch specials available. We were told it no longer exists. That was the second deception. Food was just ok. My friends Philly steak was edible. Fries had to be replaced with a salad because the taste of the fries were bad due to the old grease it was fried in. Thankfully the manager agreed to swap it out. My chicken taco was dry. Very little taste. Had to drown it in habanero and the salsa which was not that
good either. Tortilla Chips on the side did not taste fresh either. Our server was friendly. It seems as if this location is lacking in the quality of food. If you want beer and wings and a place to watch the games, this place seems ideal. Nothing more. Disappointed lunch experience.

We were there 2 nights ago around 5 pm and sat outside with our Star our Pekingese dog. This was a beyond words experience as people could not possibly be more accommodating and gracious. Food was also extremely good. We are still talking about incredible service. We did not ask for water for our dog. Great great service. We spent our lives in hospitality and really enjoy awesome experience!

Absouletely the worst food ever. Went here for dinner, ordered the ribs which were OK, but the coleslaw tasted like it had come out of the cheapest, oldest package from Walmart and the fries were disgusting. No ketchup on the table. My wife's salad had zero dressing on it and the lettuce was awful. Never would I go here again. Many of the beer taps were out and the place was pretty empty.

It's NOISY, inside or out. The food is average. If you are looking to talk or get to know someone or discuss business, go somewhere else. If you want to watch sports and make noise, you will love this place.

Always a great time hanging at the outside bar area. Love the open eating style. Ematt was training but we couldn’t tell cause he took care of us without the training guiding him.

This is a very convenient neighborhood place. It’s very friendly but I never come here for dinner. Nice to have a glass of wine at the bar. Or to come for a late night snack after a movie. I love an outdoor patio. But having eaten two dinners here: no! The menu is not interesting and the food is OK at best. And if the excuse is: it’s a bar! Some bars have excellent food. The Field has amazing food and I could name some excellent other pubs. The are usually busy so I guess most of their patrons don’t care. For me: a glass of wine at 5:00 or a dessert at 10:00 but dinner certainly elsewhere.

This is a very nice place. Beautiful decor. Service was great. The server made a mistake but he court it and apologized and fixed it. Food was real good. Manager stopped by the table (I think that is a great sign that the restaurant cares).
