Finally tried Grandpa's BBQ...food was very good. We had a nice dinner with family, and look forward to going back.

I love Johnson's ribs. I'm on a diet and I should have gotten their delicious smoked turkey, but had the ribs instead... It was worth the "weight". Friday nights is very busy, so be ready to wait for a while. The sweet bread that it comes w every meal is almost like desert. Love steak night too!!!!

Everything here is good, but the pork ribs and sweet potato souffle are out of this world! Almost forgot... On Fridays they have a steak special that is incredible!

I was there during the week on business and I ate lunch at Johnson's 3 times. The last day I was supposed to go to a crab shack for lunch but I changed my mind because it occurred to me I wasn't coming back any time soon so I JUST HAD TO have one last meal at Johnson's... now that's... More

Grandpa Johnson's is always packed for a reason. This is the best place for ribs in Plant City. Between the price and the quality, it's worth the drive. Make sure you get a yeast roll. The bake them all day, so they always come out hot and fresh. The fried mushroom appetizer is amazing! Lots of 'shrooms and very tasty.

Passing through Plant City at lunch time and stopped for a bite to eat. They have a counter set up for individuals which seats six. I walked in just after noon sat down and had ordered within 3 mins. Got the Smokehouse salad with beef brisket. It was great! Onion rings are the best here! Great family place.

It's good about half the time. Very hit or miss. Quality control, service, and food is unpredictable.

Decent pricing and food was very good👍🏾😋 Definitely worth the 20min ride it took us to get there. I had the Rib Combo with Smoked Pork, Sweet Potato Soufflé, and Baked Beans. And OMG Let's not forget the Sweet Tea. I'll Be Back!

Tuesday Taco. Try the fish and turkey. Recommend slaw in lieu of lettuce it do have tomatoes and seared onions. Only place I will eat onion rings. Sooo good. Half order enough for two adults. Ribs are tender and very tasty. Just right amount of smoke and try the homemade sauces Served on tin platter Very casual and child friendly... More
