Although just 30 blocks away, a Cold $40 Pizza was delivered. Called to complain and got excuses about the "route taken." Weird because when we picked up from them in the past, it gets to our house nice and hot. My guess is that we were probably last on the list of a large amount of deliveries for one driver. My larger complaint/ disappointment is that the female clerk on the phone did not own up to it, and didn't really seem to care, just making irrelevant excuses.

When you first walk in you get the small pizza joint feel. Staff are real nice and attentive. Not very busy during lunch. I ordered a single slice lunch special. Super cheap, but having lived in NYC for several years it isn't New York pizza... I also tried the bruschetta and that was actually good. I'll give this place one more shot just to try the Chicago style pizza. Although I find the prices for the Chicago style a little pricey!

Love Chicago pizza, so a buddy and I went way out of our way to try it. Man were we disappointed. The wait time for the pizza was normal 25-30 min. So we ordered the lunch special ,any pasta ,coke,2 rolls 6.99.very reasonable. Rolls were fine soft could have had a bit more oil and garlic but they were fine Now the spaghetti with meat balls looked fine ,but sauce seemed a bit watery. Then we tried the meatballs,what a bummer cool to the touch and about as tasteless as can be .What place sells frozen tasteless meatballs when you try to be an Italian diner. Costco meatballs would had been better. sauce was average but watery. The lasagna was square piece looked like a box ,dry as bread ,could not find any ricotta cheese saw something that was sliced that was probably suppose to be cheese,the sauce must've been applied with a paint brush cause it was minimal and cool to the taste.I should sell them my lasagna they would be better off. Now the deep dish pizza. It looked very promising ,but like the pasts it was a dud. Expected piping hot and got warm,flavor was so so,got the sausage and meat pie ,it did have lots of cheese and crust was fine ,but meats were less than I'm used to compared to Giordano's or Lou Malnati's . As we ate our pizza and picked through it we searched for the sausage ,we tasted something like sausage but what we picked out was that dam flavorless meatball that was sliced, I guess to fool people,but the form of the ball gave it away. Chef Ramsey would be appalled at a restaurant that sells Italian food that would not make they're own meatballs and use the finest ingredients. So to me and my buddy it was very average nothing special or worth going back for.

I placed order on phone for four (4) 16" Large Pizzas. When I went there to pick up order, I presented their promotional coupon. Then when given itemized bill, I noticed total was exceedingly high, with being overcharged for various things that I did not order.
Upon questioning the overcharge, another person came into the scene, and then there was some confusion (seemingly "fake") with bad attitudes. I don't like negative experiences especially on weekends so I said to them: "I had enough, I am out. Goodbye!!" So I left without paying & without the pizzas. Hopefully, customers will check their bills to make sure they are not overcharged (or under charged) & that their coupons are being honored, and that this establishment will have better attitudes and more billing accuracy.

I would give five circles for the supreme Chicago (Uno) style pizza. It could been a little thicker with less done crust, but it was excellent for this type of pizza.
The this crust cheese and pepperoni pizza was nothing special, just average.

I absolutely love this place. They have 2 locations (different owners) but IMO Pinecrest location is better. Everything I’ve ordered is awesome from the pizza (both NY and Chicago style), to the Stromboli, to pasta dinners, you name it it’s fire. Along with awesome food, the service is great. Julie and Leah are always friendly on the phones and make sure my order is correct before I leave w my carry-out order. I definitely recommend Manhattan Chicago to anyone with tase buds!!! 👌🏽👅😋🍕

Ordered via UBER Eats. Pizza arrived cold. The 2 Liter soda never arrived.
When I called to ask about the 2 Liter, they said they will send it but I’d have to pay a delivery fee for it. That was unacceptable.
They finally offered to send the 2 Liter at no charge. It arrived 45 minutes after the phone call. The pizza was even colder at that point.
Very poor customer service.

I went today to get a couple slices of cheese pizza. The venue itself looks like a mess, There's three tables squashed inside with hardly any room and they were messy. However, there are some outdoor tables if it's not too hot.
I was placing an order for pickup, so I wasn't too concerned about the dining space. I order a 2 slice combo and an order of 6 garlic rolls. After waiting about 5 minutes, I was given my order and I proceeded home. It wasn't until I got home and opened my order, did I realize what I was given. The pizza was burnt and looked old. The dough was hard and was more like a cracker, and there was hardly any cheese on the pizza. The garlic rolls were so hard, you couldn't even bite into them. To think they sell large pies for $30. At this point, it's been a long day, and I didn't have the energy to go back and request a refund or a new order. I did have the energy to write this review to warn others as I wish I would have followed my instincts and eaten somewhere else. Extremely disappointed.

The food and service was exceptional. The house salad was incredible, great size good to share and tasteful. The caprese salad so fresh and delicious. Me and my hubby ordered the original deep dish pizza was perfect! My friends ordered a pizza with ham, mushrooms and onions, they loved it! And last but not least, best garlic rolls! Our server, Claudia, was amazing! Good prices too!

First, I would give the rating a "0" not a "1" if I could.
Pizza was delivered room temperature. Not warm, not luke-warm, but room temperature. The delivery man (Uber Eats) did not have an insulated bag for the pizza. What pizza place sends out delivery without an insulated bag to keep pizza warm? This place. If you like your pizza warm, skip this place. When I called to place an order originally, I was told I had to use Uber Eats. Never tried it before, gave it a shot, but never again. I blame the restaurant to allow their pizza to go out without an insulated bag.
I also ordered the antipasto salad. OK, in all fairness, it was good. However it did not come with the dressing I ordered (balsamic). I like my salads moist, not dry. Also it did not come with utensils, I had to eat it with my hands. The restaurant should have verified the order, condiments and utensils before sending out the door. Uber Eats should have also verified the order before they left. As it was being delivered to a hotel, did I have to ask for utensils? That was not an option when ordering through Uber Eats, which this restaurant requires.
And by the way - while tracking the delivery on the Uber Eats app, the delivery man arrived at the restaurant after the estimated time my meal was to delivered. I wonder how long my order was waiting on the counter before it was even picked up.
After I finally got my cold, incomplete order it was too late to try to find something else to eat close to my hotel, they all closed at 11 or earlier.
My overall impression? Neither Manhattan Chicago Real COLD Pizza nor Uber Eats cares. I travel a lot and do delivery quite often, and this was a very disappointing experience.

The New York Style pizza that we ordered tasted very good. We all enjoyed it and the Caesar Salad was good, too. Best of all was the outstanding customer service that we received. Thank you for a wonderful visit to your Pizzeria!

Found this small place in the corner of a strip center mall. Its not so easy to find. And its more of a takeout and delivery joint. Very few tables. I ordered a 16 inch NY style pizza and an 8 inch original Chicago style deep dish. They told me their Chicago pizza is very deep but not made with a cornmeal crust. Its made with a flour crust. I have eaten both styles in Chicago. This deep dish did not disappoint. So much cheese and stuffings you cant eat but 1 slice. The garlic rolls are amazing. And the New York style pizza is like you were in New York. Best pizza in Miami for sure.

Went with the family because we found that it was the closest pizza place to where we were. The service was great and the food was amazing ! We had the family special extra lg pizza garlic rolls and a 2 ltr perfect for a large appetite family of 5
