Went with friends who live here. I loved the world famous shrimp and grits. My husband was not crazy about the tilapia on the sampler platter. Great atmosphere. Will return.

We 4 had dinner here Friday nite 10/2. Dined out on the patio, very nice setting. Our waiter was terrific, friendly and knowledgeable. The oysters were fresh, tasty, and meaty. The menu was very creative and interesting. The meals came out quickly and were hot and appealing. We all felt we had a great meal. Bacon wrapped shrimp the best.

I visited Fish House once for lunch and then again for brunch recently. On my lunch visit, I had their fish special which was absolutely incredible. The fish was really fresh and prepared very well. During brunch we had their famous shrimp and grits and their Monte Cristo. The shrimp and grits were just okay to me. The grits are... More

We had a good experience at Fish House for dinner and birthday celebration Food was good and ambiance pleasant. A little on the expensive side but worth it for a special occasion. They also offer outdoor seating and music and are located on the harbor. They have a great reputation among locals. Worth a try

This restaurant is crowded, noisy and way over rated. The food was so bland that nobody in our group even finished theirs. We ordered the crab claws which were watery and tasteless . The salads are wilted lettuce with bottled dressing poured over them. They use to make great grits a ya ya but not anymore. They must have changed... More

Everyone always suggests this restaurant, but I'm not sure why. The view is ok, and the restaurant is large with plenty of outdoor seating. I've eaten here twice now, and last night the food was the worst. It was bland, and greasy. I ordered fish and it was dry. We sat outside and flies were all over us. It was... More

I go to the fish house several times a year usually for business. Always good service. I've always heard the menu was hit or miss but never really had a bad dinner. I experienced the miss this time. Started with the rim tuna- very good. Normally I get the Parmesan Grouper which is very good. This time I tried the... More

In Pensacola, proper, The Fish House has the best Cheese Grits and Shrimp...their moniker is Grits YaYa, and they are covered in a very nice sauce and include a touch of spinach. Great!
