We were a party of 7 and tried going on Fathers Day but there was a three hour wait so we tried again on Monday arriving right before 4pm and only had a short wait. So much to see and enjoy from the million dollar...decor to the outstanding food and service. Highly recommend Annalese a summer server from PA. Love love the appetizers too. Burgers are huge!! And Ribeye yum! Will definitely be back. Watch those restroom doors!!! Read completely before entering! Lol 😂More

Wow! We were in awe at the food and drinks here. My husband says it was probably the best light beer he’s ever had. All of the food was EXCELLENT and they give you a lot. Prices are very good, especially for the amount of...food. The environment is also very unique. All around a great dining experience. We will be back!!More

Our party of 7 with 4 kids was treated very kindly, despite their rambunctiousness! The meals were outstanding, the recommended shepherds pie and pork chops were fantastic, definitely enough food for two meals each! Our server Hannah was very experienced, friendly and welcoming. A+ service,...McGuires is everything we remembered and we will be regular customers!More

We went early on a Sunday, around 4 and were seated immediately. I ordered a BBQ burger and it was big! My husband ordered a rueben and it was huge and very good. My one small negative was that it was very dark in the...restaurant. However, we would highly recommend.More

I want one in my hometown. One of the best meals I have had in a long time and so much more on the menu I wanted to try. Drinks were generous and the food was fabulous. The French Onion Soup is a meal and...may be the best I have ever had. My date's burger was equally mouth watering and if I had not been so full I could have just kept eating my way thru the menu. The decor is a kick with all the dollar bills and naval aviator memorabilia - but come for the food. I will never go to Pensacola again without eating here! I may go back just so I can!More

First and foremost, welcome to Florida -- if you are concerned about mask wearing at a restaurant, STAY HOME! You must take it off to eat anyway!! McGuire's is a well known famous Pensacola restaurant that we've visited many times in the past. Most recently,...we visited and decided to try the steak that we've never had before, but heard that it was fabulous! IT! WAS! EXCEPTIONAL!! This is "the" place for Irish food, great steaks, and a wonderful atmosphere. There's a small gift shop with local memorabilia. If you've never been here and/or are visiting Pensacola, make this stop for a great meal!More

My son had 1lb specialty burger w jalapeños, cheddar cheese which...he ate all! I had roast beef au jus delicious! Highly recommend! No wait when we went for lunch.More

Our Navy friend insisted that we go to Maguires. In general we don’t like Irish pubs and I’ve never had great food. This was truly an exception. I had a burger and I’ve never had a burger with such great beef flavor. I don’t know...where they get their beef but it is fantastic. My husband had the Jamison pork chop and it was actually two large pork chops enough for both of us and it was the most tender juicy pork chop ever and he had it cooked medium. Our friend had the shepherds pie and it was great. The mashed potatoes are fantastic with lots of flavor. The bean soup was delicious. We didn’t have room for dessert but I’d like to try it. We spent quite a bit of money in the gift shop because they have really nice unusual Irish items. We went on Saturday around 1130 because we came by Friday night and it was so crowded there was a long wait. Our waitress was Kim and she was great at guiding us through everything. Come hungry and don’t miss the pumpernickel bread with your bean soup. This truly is 5 stars.More

We love the food however this is the first restaurant that I him walked out of. We went there in March 2021. The one person wearing a mask was the hostess. I asked the waitress to wear a mask. She did. BUT the young man...who brought our food refused to put a mask on after I asked him 3 times. Talked to the manager who also was not wearing a mask. He didn't do anything. So I left my family there and waited outside. So, no social distancing or mask wearing. Owners put money before safety of customers.More

What a gem! Found this jewel thru the reviews on TA, straight out on target. It’s a colorful, fun and unique place. Lots of themed rooms with memorabilia and collectibles. Our server, Jessi was an excellent introduction to a charming experience. We had Cockles &...Mussels, a Patty Melt & a Reuben. The sandwiches are HUGE, my husband said the Cockles and Mussels reminded him of Dublin. Throughout the meal Jessi was attentive and engaged in pleasant conversation. We had after lunch drinks in the bar, which is an experience on its own. I highly recommend their gift shop for fun Irish gifts and odds & ends... The big Moose (more than one) throughout the bar and such are a hoot. Our visit ended with one of the owners stopping by the table for a nice chat. Overall amazing lunch and memorable experience.More

I’d call the restaurant about reserving a room that would be large enough to accommodate such a large party. It’s never a good idea to expect a restaurant to be able to seat a large party without warning.
