Giovanni's cafe is a family owned and operated neighborhood restaurant in Pembroke Pines with live music on the weekends. My husband and I have been coming to this restaurant for quite some time and it recently was purchased by a new owner, Juan Carlos (JC) and his family. We had the pleasure of eating here on Friday night and it... More

It has a pleasant feel, well maintained with a good staff. The Cafe is latin, but they don't know how to make ice tea. I like the paribuela, Peruvian seafood soup.

Giovanni's has changed from good to excellent! We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. From the greeting to service to the food. On Saturdays they have a one man band but in very good taste and great talent. The chef has a lot of passion and unique ideas for flavors that will blow your mind. This... More

Why haven't you visited? You are missing out. Innovative chef, amazing menu, service and staff. We would come here every day if we could. We had dinner here tonight and we will be back tomorrow for brunch. I recommend anything on their menu. I don't even want to share because I'd like to keep this place a secret...ha!

It is a cozy restaurant with nice atmosphere and lighting. It has a full bar. the food is modern and traditional Peruvian with some Colombian dishes. I ordered the jalea which is a fried seafood in ceviche sauce. It was plentiful and delicious. The service is excellent and we had the pleasure of meeting chef Tulio, he was kind in... More

I always go there to eat because the food is very tasty and the service is great. Changed owners now and the owner was very attentive and called the Chef to discuss gluten-free items that my cousin could order. The drinks were delicious and everyone was kind.

My husband and I have been to Giovanni's a few times for dinner, so when a friend suggested we meet there for lunch, I thought it would be great! Unfortunately, it was not. The service was incredibly slow. So slow, that one of our group of 6 had to leave after an hour as she had an appointment and her... More

From the fish ceviche - fried calamari - to the shrimp & linguini; and let's not leave desert out - tiramisu was lip-smacking. The steak did not please on this night.
