I placed an order for pickup on Cinco De Mayo. Of course they were slammed so we called two hours in advance of a 7:00 pm pickup. Place was packed with people picking up. At about 7:30 after seeing numerous people who arrived after I...did and confirming they called in later than I did, I began asking all the ladies running around what the status of my order was. The responses ranged from incompetence from the one answering the phone and taking orders who spoke very little English, to nastiness and indifference on the owners part. Turns out they couldn’t even find my order among all then scraps of paper lying around. The owner didn’t apologize or ask what I ordered two hours earlier in order to expedite. Sure shrugged her shoulders and said we’re very busy. I shrugged mine and left without any food. I have since heard both the food and service are below average at best. I would imagine they’ll be gone and out of business soon as they have no clue how to treat customers or run a successful business. Find somewhere else. This place is on the no fly list for my family and friendsMore

First and last time at this restaurant. The food is overpriced and terrible. From horrible fish tacos- worst I’ve ever had to guacamole dip that has no seasoning. True disappointment.

Stopped by the new location last night. Sat at the bar (there were no tables available). The margaritas we so sweet, like a cheap pre-made mix. I ordered the appetizer sampler platter. It had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. My...nachos were soggy, the jalapeño poppers were like something from the frozen section at a grocery store. Sonics poppers are better. The taquito was good and it’s hard to mess up a cheese quesadilla. But for $15, I think the food cost on this plate had to be under a $1. The manager was there asked if I wanted a replacement for the poppers, I declined. My husband had the beef fajitas. His favorite. He said they were just ok. Not much flavor, and again, not much meat for the price. I think they would do better by lowering their food price point if they aren’t going to improve the food quality. For us, we will stick to Casa Tequila on Wiles.More

We eat here often because the food is consistently good and the service is always timely and professional, it a nice enough atmosphere for a date night yet casual for a family outing.

Having recently returned from a trip to Los Angeles where we paid excellent Mexican food we found that we were eating Greek food too often. I decided to look for a Mexican restaurant that had more authentic food. This restaurant which has recently opened in...Parkland seem to fit that bill. The food is prepared after it’s been ordered so therefore you could adjust the seasonings as well as the ingredients. The service was excellent and the meal was quite enjoyable. Frankly for us there was too much food and we have boxes to take food home with us. It is difficult for us to compare this with the Mexican restaurants in Los Angeles since we did not attempt to alter the seasoning there however it was the best Mexican meal we’ve had in this region.. We definitely will be returning.More

The owner of this place made is a complete idiot. I went there for lunch about a month ago. The fish in my seafood burrito was rotten, the tortilla chips were the size of corn flakes, and they charged me for my 2nd margarita even...though it was happy hour. After paying, and leaving a nice tip for my server, I saw Leno outside while walking to my car. The fish has been bad a few times, so I decided to let him know about it this time, as well as the other issues on this visit. He said he would give me a free margharita next time I came in (wow). I went back a week or so later, and for the first time ever, Leno completely ignored me. I have been there dozens of times and he had always spoken to me before. Not this time though, and no "free" drink. My girlfriend and I went in about a week later. Leno completely ignored us again. I guess he really didn't want to give me that drink....wow. A friend of ours had a birthday Friday and wanted to try Blue Agave. They were a little busy and the service truly suffered. We waited forever to place our orders, and even longer to get our drinks and food. However, we were trying to ignore the slow service and just wanted to have a good time. The food was great and our server, Rosanna, was excellent, as always. We had two pitchers a margaritas with our meal. The second pitcher tasted terrible and we didn't finish it. My girlfriend ordered a water to go. On the way out the door, Leno began yelling at here from behind the bar. He was saying "the alcohol is not to go !!" He was accusing here of taking a drink outside, which we had seen people doing all night long! Everyone in the place was lookin at us and thought we were criminals or something. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I will never set foot in that place again. If you go, be prepared to pay high prices for food, and try to avoid Leno at all cost.More

We have been a few times, very consistent. The service has always been good. We have been lucky and got the same waitress a few times. The food is very good with large portions (usually enough to take home).

We prefer family-owned restaurants where the owners put their hearts into their restaurant. This is exactly that sort of place. The owners really want their customers to be happy, the decor is terrific, the food is good, there is just no reason not to stop...here....!More
