Quick bite after scuba dive

We had been scuba diving all day and stopped by for a quick bite as we were very hungry. Fresh ingredients made up to very large burritos. Both were delicious. It was mid-afternoon so there was no crowd and food was cooked quickly. $21 for two burritos and 2 soft drinks was higher than cheaper locations, but it was good. Nice place for a meal.

Worth The Stop!

The food tasted fresh and tasty and was not spicy. The chips were thin and light and crisp. Since this was our first time there, they were very helpful with the ordering process. The service was quick after we ordered.The only suggestion that I have is that the size of the tortillas should be bigger (like Chipotle) to really get a person's money's worth.

Very good high quality food

We had Diego's on our list of restaurants to visit and noticing the other location was often busy we had been missing it. We arrived in thevlate afternoon after a boat tour. The staff were patient as we attempted to decide among all the choices what we wanted. We all made our choices and Sat down. Our food was delivered to the table rather quickly. The flavors were fresh and very high quality. The fresh cilantro really makes a good taco. The chips were also crisp and cooked with clean oil without an aftertaste. We ended up ordering more food after enjoy the first portions. We all enjoyed it and have been talking about it even after returning home. This is one place you have to try.

Just like Moes or Chipotle, nothing special

My mom and I are in PCB for vacation and wanted something besides a “beach restaurant” to go to for dinner tonight. The host of our Airbnb warned us that this place was not what we were thinking it was (sit down restaurant) and we should have listened to him. If you have ever been inside of moes or chipotle, this is exactly the same, except they have a bar inside. Kind of like a Buffalo Wild Wings (without the sit down at a table and order from a menu with a waiter part). You felt rushed to order your food, it was overpriced for what it actually was. The food did come quick, but nothing was freshly made right then, it was just put together like similar chain Mexican restaurants. They did have plenty of TVs (as does BWW) to watch college football/sports and had someone playing live music, but it was very “fast food” ish for us. There were also kids running around everywhere outside on the patio while their parents were inside, which wasn’t the best. If you’re looking for a change of eatery while on vacation, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Definitely not a sit down kind of gig.

Bad ending to a mediocre meal

We were greeted by a friendly young man who explained how the menu works as this was our first experience at the restaurant. My wife and I were not aware that you had to order the food at a counter and then it was delivered to the table. The place only has a few booths. Most of the tables were set up to serve 8-10 people. Because it is one large room with a high open ceiling and uncarpeted floor, the noise level was extreme even wih the place about 1/2 full. The food was just ok. It is like a fast food Mexican restaurant. What happened at the end assured us we would not return. A fight broke out and people had to be ushered out of the building. They continued to linger outside the premises. We asked one of the employees if this happened before and we were told this was not the first fight to take place there. We gave an "Adios" and high-tailed it out of there. This occurred at 1:30 in the afternoon.

Taco Tuesday!

We called ahead, and when we arrived, the food was ready. We had a variety of foods - shrimp tacos, fish tacos, burrito bowl with chicken, chicken tacos, steak tacos, queso, guacamole, and Diego’s picante salsa. Everybody really liked their orders. It was plenty of food. The Diego’s picante salsa was very hot. We ended up mixing it with the regular salsa to calm it down a bit. We liked everything!!

Fresh food, great staff

The excellent food and impressive service at this restaurant led us to eat here 3 times during our 5-day visit. Food was fresh and came out quickly. Employees were friendly and working hard to take orders, prepare food, bring out food, and keep the restaurant clean. If you are looking for fresh, delicious food without waiting forever, we highly recommend this restaurant!

Cheap Eats

Two of us for a first-time meal. Fast service at the counter. We ordered chicken nachos and chicken tacos. The tacos were OK. Nachos were very good. We had to go to the bar to get margaritas, which were good but somewhat expensive ($11 each) since it was not happy hour. The table service was fast. The 6:30 pm crowd was small, but the place filled up while we were there. Inside and outside seating..

Honestly, the highlight of my trip

We ended up eating here twice, Great options, especially the variety of proteins, and plenty of toppings. Both of my burritos were packed, tasty and filling. Both times we got take away but there is a nice eating area and it was open air if memory serves. This is supposedly the place the locals go. I didn't see a ton of other options (there is a Chipotle across the bridge) but even if there was some competition, Diegos would more than hold their own. Chips were a little bland.

Amazing!!

OMG!!!! Amazing!!! This place was so good we actually ate here twice during our vacation! We loved it so much. I can’t wait to go back to the beach just to eat here again. I had a chicken quesadilla and my husband had beef nachos.

Mmm tacos

I tried the carnitas street tacos and the baja shrimp tacos. Both were good, the carnitas were hands down my favorite! The staff were really nice and were taking appropriate precautions for COVID to keep themselves and customers safe. The female bartender with brown hair (sorry, I forgot your name!!) at this location was really great. She was attentive without being overbearing and made a fantastic tequila recommendation. I'll definitely be back when I'm in PCB next for work.

We stopped in for the first

We stopped in for the first time for something different after eating so much seafood. Wasn’t crowded and we ordered to go. Had the burrito and an order of nachos. Both were fixed as ordered and very good. They have many choices for you liking. We will definitely be back especially when we are looking for something other than seafood. Service was great as well.

Sounds silly, but this was my favorite place to eat while at beach a week. Kinda fast foolish, but food reasonably priced & tastes great. Service is good & place is clean. Not too crowded.

Love it!

We eat here 2-3 times whenever we are at the beach. Always fast and fresh! Margaritas are delish. Can’t wait to come back. Only negative is that we like to sit outside and the road noise is loud.

DONT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS

FRAUD WARNING! We used the Order Online button on In to place an order. We were charged $50, but the order never arrived. The restaurant made absolutely ZERO effort to resolve the issue. In fact they acted like it was our fault for choosing to eat there! Well tha t was our mistake and we will not make it again! RUDE, DISHONEST and A BUNCH OF THEIVES!
