We had lunch here. We each had the soups which were very good. We had 1/2 sandwich as well. One chicken salad and one cucumber. Then we shared a pot of tea for two. The portions are somewhat small and a little pricey. The tea was very good. There were several Royal Teas to choose from. The scones were tiny,... More

Stopped in for an early lunch during a visit to Panama City; the food was pretty good and somewhat authentic. Our daughter had the cream tea and my wife had the shepherd's pie.

Periodically, I have visited Willows over the years and under different ownership. It is not a place to go for lunch when I need to get back to work, but my colleague and I decided to try it today, May 3, 2016. We waited a long time for a server to come to our table, and, even after the server... More

I went yesterday and purchased (for take out) a dozen scones and a bottle of their clotted cream. I thought they were both really good. I thought the clotted cream would be less solid but I really liked it. The young man waiting on me was very nice too. I would definitely go back! Reviewed by Jenny, not Christian.

My parents love this place. I purchase a gift cert for them every chance I get. The owner is wonderfully friendly and goes out of her way to help you out. Hope to visit when I get back to town to see the family.

A friend took me here while I was visiting from out of town. It sits right on the historic main street of the town, with diagonal nose-in parking that hasn't changed since this town's earlier days. The decor of Willows is quaint, with teapots lining the walls and shelves of tea products for sale. The menu is extensive with a... More

Friends and I spent Sunday afternoon here enjoying high tea, it was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was warm and charming, felt very authentic. Finger sandwiches, scones, and pastries were tiny delectable treats! And what's more we were hosted by the owner who made us feel right at home! A gem in Panama City!
