Love to go here and just down the road from Hunts. If you can’t get in there move just down the road for great seafood. Usually not the wait for the our places close by. This is not due to less superior food, but most...do not know about the place. Is very kid friendly. Can also bring in your catch and they will cook it for you.More

Down the street there is a heavily marketed "Oyster House." It is usually loud and crowded with a "hurry up and eat" atmosphere. On the other hand, the Captain's Table has a broader seafood menu, quieter atmosphere and "take you time and enjoy" feeling. Prices...are about the same as the other places but quality is higher. The locals hang out here because they go for good food over noisy hype.More

We came here for a special retirement dinner celebration and it was well worth it. They don't take reservations, but the wait time was only about 15 minutes - and it was very busy. There are some antiques and history pieces to look at while...you wait. The only thing I would have done differently is go earlier to get a seat by the window. They also have a nice gift shop and bakery attached to the restaurant.More

This restaurant is closed. It looks like it is being remodeled. It was damaged during the hurricane. We always visit when we come to Panama City and saw no reason not to go visit from several websites.

This was a nice lunch meal and there was a crowd when we had our meal. There are few places to eat that are close to this area and we are glad that this establishment is here. We do miss Uncle Ernie's though. It was...a bit tight here but still a good experience.More

Goos food, service, and " keep it salty" atmosphere. We have been several times and always enjoy it.

Great food, good service. Better come early if you don't want to have to wait for a table. Local place with their own boats.

Great southern local seafood in a cozy down home environment. They were always packed, but I have no idea if they will reopen after being damaged by hurricane Michael.

I always like to find out where the locals recommend. Generally they'll tell you where the best food, music, entertainment, etc. Is at. Usually they are spot on. The Captain's Table is one of those places. It was phenomenal. The food and service were both...the best I've ever had in Florida.More
