The most perfect calamari I’ve ever had (with a great view!) Accompanied with a house side salad. I could literally have this a few times a week!

Always great. Husband and I both love the grouper with crab and cream sauce on top. We also both love the mashed potatoes. Oh and we both enjoyed the blood orange margarita. Go at sunset. Beautiful views.

We both had the soft crab sandwich. It was great food. We sat outdoors and it was a great experience. The views are great and the food is just as great!

This is one of our two favorite restaurants to meet with family and eat some very good seafood. My favorites here are fresh fish fillets or their signature crab cakes. The dessert choices are great as well. We have never had a bad meal here...from all the dozens of times we have eaten here.More

Sitting looking out over the water is such a pleasant experience. The food is good, although rather pricey. Interesting note was that the house salad was outstanding. Excellent service. If you're in this area, you pretty much have to try Uncle Ernie's.

My family was treated very poorly after making a complaint to both managers about a battery that occurred from one of the fellow patrons. When we complained the police was called to evict me for making a complaint to the management. We are a biracial...household and were treated very poorly for this. I do not recommend Uncle Ernies as both managers treated our biracial family very poorly and banned me for a year for making this complain to the Panama City Police Department.More

Live music was great. Service was adequate but not overly friendly. Calamari appetizer was...great. Salad wasn't my favorite... lots of dark bitter greens. Main courses were pricey and NOT anything special. Fried shrimp was overcooked. Grilled shrimp poorly seasoned. Mashed potatoes tasted like doctored up instant. We would return for the view and music, but probably just for apps and drinks.More

Uncle Ernie’s is a do not miss restaurant in Panama City, Florida! They have fabulous food with a varied menu. The atmosphere is great and a there is indoor seating along with a wonderful outdoor seating area where you can watch beautiful sunsets. The staff...is friendly, energetic, and very attentive. It is a favorite place of ours when we visit the area! You won’t be disappointed!More

Glad to be back after the reconstruction passed. Went to a retirement lunch on the second floor. Great food and service in open air. Had the fried ship tacos which were delicious. Now we can come back again and again.

Recommended by the great staff at Andy Flour Power we went for dinner. By the time we got there it was dark though we were told the sunsets are unbelievable! However, our day was overcast, nevertheless we sat on the heated patio. Lucky us cuz...Jordan was our server! Polite, professional and easy on the eyes, Jordan suggestions and tweaks to our meals led to a most excellent dining experience! My husband had the grilled seafood platter, Jordan added the imperial sauce to the side - grouper, shrimp and scallops cooked to perfection- hail to the chefs! We shared his cheesy grits with my sautéed broccoli, heaven! I had a plentiful 12oz ribeye and Jordan got the chefs to add scallops. Everything was cooked perfect. Took a key lime pie home cuz we were stuffed. Many of the reviews said it was great - it is!! Go to Uncle Ernie’s, ask for Jordan and enjoy yourselves! We did!More

A noisy atmosphere with barely better than average food that you would expect from a tourist trap. Started with the smoked tuna dip, which was pretty good, but was served with cheap chips that tasted like they came straight out of a bag. Too bad...because a good chip or a nice flatbread would have made it even better. The grouper was very good and cooked nicely, the shrimp were pretty good, but not as good as one would expect on the gulf. Cheesy grits were really bad and overcooked to a somewhat soupy mush. We didn’t pass up the key lime pie, which was excellent. Service was decent. 1 App, 2 dinners, 2 cocktails, 1 glass of wine and 1 dessert…$160 w/tip. Not a great bang for the buck.More

It was a cool day so the windows were closed on the terrace so we didn't have the view, but the calamari were fantastic, we had grouper sandwich which was very good and the fried oyster which were deceiving, the portion was very small and...the breaded was burnt! i would go back for the calamariMore
