Meet here often for breakfast meetings. Service is always friendly and the food is consistently good and a great value.

We stopped in for breakfast, my wife, daughter and I. Immediately noticed about 10 people standing near the door Waiting for a table. We also noticed they were about 7 or 8 tables that were empty some were cleaned off some still had dirty plates and silverware on them. At one point one of the ladies who works there came... More

Step into old Florida, a little off the beaten path. With real wooden floors, and Natural brick walls, and tin ceilings. And the folks there make you feel like family. And the food is to live foor. That first bite will bring you back for more!

It's looking a tad tired, but the food is as good as when they opened. It's hard to go wrong with either breakfast or lunch at Norma Rae's. Love the vintage building, although it makes for an acoustical challenge if you have hard of hearing folks. Eggs, hummingbird cake, pita, sandwiches, omelettes --- they make it all good. Be prepared... More

Quaint converted storefront on old Main Street in Palmetto. A go-to place for breakfast and lunch, with traditional menu items at a fair price. The service is usually attentive and the portions are generous. Can get a bit loud when families with kids are eating but overall a comfortable, casual place to eat.

Breakfast here is incredible and portions are big!!! If you are in a hurry, this is not the place for you...and with the 20 ft ceilings, acoustics are not the best for hard of hearing. Vibe is laid back, neighborhood prized eatery. It does get busy..maybe they could use few more employees! The wait is worth it...especially breakfast.

We found this place on TripAdvisor and had to give it a try! We were not disappointed in the least! We stopped in for lunch around 1:15 on a recent week day in June and out of season. This is a good thing, because considering the great food they serve and affordable pricing on the menu, I'm sure it's slammed... More

We've been to Norma Rae's several times both for breakfast and for lunch. Everything about it is outstanding. The service is always very good, the atmosphere is very quaint, and the food is definitely the best breakfast in town! We've sampled quite a few menu items and are never disappointed. I don't think you will be either.

Low keyed.. which works for us eating breakfast. Kind of the old school type of diner.. About 20 tables with a good menu for breakfast. Friendly staff but not overbearing.. Will go back..

Thank PJ G
