This is what I've been looking for for awhile now, and I'm so glad we finally made it in to try. Most of the Italian in north county and pasco is pretty mediocre, and that's being generous. Massimo's is head and shoulders above the others...I've had in the area. Calamari and artichokes were crisp and incredibly tender. I had the orechiette and it was delicious, as was the chicken picatta my g/f got. We will definitely be back.More

Can't believe we have lived in Palm Harbor for 16 years and have never heard of this restaurant. Thanks to Trip Advisor we visited tonight. After 10 weeks in Covid19 isolation we wanted something special and we found it. The bisque with lobster and crab...was to die for and my rack of lamb was perfect, so tender that it fell off the bone. Great flavour in everything, bread, butter, sauces and pureed potatoes. My husband's charcuterie was plentiful and his pasta dish with homemade sausage he declared terrific. Wine list is amazing if a little pricey and the service was flawless. We''ll be back soon. Highly recommend Massimo's if you want something special, classy and fine European cuisine. Can't wait for our next visit.More

Fortunately, Massimo’s Restaurant is still open and offering curbside pickup. Customers can call in and order from the limited menu with specials that change every week generating variety. The quality and taste of the food remain superb. We enjoyed everything we have eaten that we...ordered over the past three weeks of quarantine. Obviously, it is not as enjoyable as eating in the restaurant, but while the restrictions of social distancing are in place it is a good substitute and for us a genuine treat. We highly recommend ordering from them it is well worth the effort and the price.More

We couldn’t have asked for better service, better food and a wonderful environment and experience. We will come back many, many times because of how impressed we were with Massimo’s and its staff. This is quite frankly a one of a kind boutique diner with...an amazing menu and a wine menu that is impressive and diverse.More

Worth every penny. Delicious food prepared by owner-chief from Bari Italy. For a small rather romantic restaurant, Massimo's provides a well designed table plan that allows for privacy. Servers are outstanding. Very personable and professional. Food speaks for itself. Fresh and personally prepared by Chief...Massimo who stopped by to welcome my spouse and me--and to discuss our experience in Bari. Thank you. Will be back.More

We celebrated a wonderful 60th Wedding Anniversary Saturday night October 26, 2019 for my wife's parents. Our party was 12 people ranging in age from 2 to 97 with diverse backgrounds, tastes and experiences. The two comments universally agreed upon by all present were the...food was magnificent and the service was the best possible. We preordered appetizers suggested by the chef/owner, ordered entrees and soup from the standard menu and dessert was a celebration cake cooked by Massimo’s. We truly appreciate all the effort and skill of the both the wait staff and the kitchen staff. The chef visited the table three times to insure we were enjoying our time and the food. The evening was fantastic and a good value considering we had a private room to ourselves. My wife and I are really looking forward with anxious anticipation to the December wine pairing dinner as our next meal at the superb restaurant.More

In an ongoing quest to find and support local businesses, date night found us at Massimos Eclectic Fine Dining. My husband had been there years ago but I had never been. Reservations are requested so we arrived at our appointed time of 6:30. Checked in...and were seated immediately by “B” who also was our waiter for the evening and was an excellent gentleman. His French accent was delightful and added to the ambiance. Husband had a Palm Harbor specialty cocktail and I had a Bellini. We then ordered bruschetta for an appetizer and fresh bread was also brought with homemade butter that was mixed with lemon, salt, and curry powder. Who would’ve though that would’ve been amazing? For our main, we both had a special the wagyu steak - I had sirloin, he the strip. They were delicious and came with potatoes and veg. The chef came out to make sure they were to our liking! For dessert, he had a slice of key lime pie and when I say I had one of the best desserts ever - chocolate cannoli with pistachio cream. I will be thinking about it for a while. The entire meal was fabulous. You can find fine dining in a Palm Harbor strip mall! We will be back.More

Seeking a special venue we had elected to give massimo's a try. Having not visited in awhile, we were so glad we dined there for a special evening. The appetizer of Foies gras excellent (a new dining adventure for us). Ray the waiter was attentive...to our trio. The Lasagna special was delicious and huge. The diver scallops were excellent. Each dish was well presented and truly delicious and flavorful. The chef usurp the table adding to a special dining experience. This is now a new special restaurant for us to visit.More
