Surprise!!! Is what happened at our dining experience last evening . We have been frequent patrons to this restaurant without disappointment until last night. We ordered 4 glasses of Cabernet from the bar. Two of the glasses were finished with a coating of resin. We...called over the manager who explained that we ordered unfiltered wine! What? We ordered your house cab … we weren’t told to expect resin in every other glass…. When did this become a word for ordering a glass of wine? The manager did make good on it but service was poor as well. Sure did notice a change in this establishment…. Think we will take a break and explore all the newer restaurants on the island.More

The food is really good here. The ribs, the fillet mignon, the french fries…all classics. The service is always nice as well. The thing that I’m not crazy about is the atmosfere. It’s old, dark, loud, and not that classy fir the prices here. For...example, the fille mignon is 60$. Anyway, really good food if you like the classics.More

We made an 8:15 reservation and arrived on time. As usual, they were 30 minutes late. What made me particularly unhappy was the manager who came over to apologize. She told us it never happens. We stopped coming years ago because it always happens. This...was the one and only time we came this year. We ordered a wedge of lettuce as an appetizer and 2 hot dogs. Dinner was $60 plus tip. Yes, food was very good and service was also. The thing is that it's just annoying to have to wait a half hour for a reservation and, in our experience, this is the only restaurant in Palm Beach where this happens routinely.More

Delicious food, great atmosphere and knowledgable service! One of the best salmon dishes I have ever eaten! Sat at the bar on 2 occasions and the bar staff are great and really look after you. Loved the PB Grill

We made a reservation and no one mentioned a dress code. We got there for our 7pm reservation and they finally went to seat us at 7:30. Sidney the manager said I couldn’t eat there because I had flip flops. I most certainly did not...have flip flops and showed her my dress sandals. She said it’s on their website and it says Flip Floos! Well if you have a dress code it should be on the front page. You have to go to contacts to see their dress code. She was very rude and condescending and I will never eat there. I don’t recommend anyone go there to be treated like this.More

Sunday night we celebrated my Birthday here with family. As always, the food was delicious and the service superb! We are never disappointed having dinner here. I love the Barbeque Ribs served with a yummy sauce and so tender the meat falls off the bone....The potatoes and Cole slaw were also fabulous! Our group enjoyed the Dover Sole and Prime Rib, too. Our server was kind and helpful. The Key Lime Pie, Banana Cream Pie and Chocolate Hot Fudge Sundaes are all excellent here. It was a lovely dinner and evening at a favorite place of ours to eat.More

We had a fabulous New Years eve dinner at the Palm Beach Grill . They offered their full menu without any special charges. It was extremely busy so we did have to wait for our table. We ate outside, because of concern about Covid. The...setting was beautiful and very comfortable. Service was excellent and every dish was prepared to perfection. I had the fried oyster appetizer served in the shell on creamy spinach with a side of mashed potato’s as my main. And I loved it. Steaks were cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this restaurantMore

I have been here a number of times over the years. I really like the atmosphere but menu limited. They had Dover Sole on the menu for $58. To my horror they served it fried with tartar sauce. Who would do that to an imported...fish at that price? I sent back and ordered the chicken which was mediocre. They serve glorified pub food. Stick with the burger or steak.More

We have been here many times over the years. Sadly, this was not great. The food was not cooked with the same care, the service was not executed as well as in the past. The menu has also been simplified, and the wine list in...particular has been dumbed down significantly. The wine list is largely stuff you could buy at the supermarket now, and they by the glass choices are pretty bad. It is a shame because the wine list was always very thoughtful. You could do worse in PB, but you certainly could do better. And it pains me to write that....More

Last night I came to dinner to celebrate my wedding anniversary. We arrived early and hoped to grab a drink at the bar. With two open seats, zero place settings & nothing appearing to be set up, we sat down. After waiting a couple of...minutes the bartender informed us two patrons were dining here and we’d have to get up. It would not have been a problem had he offered to at least take our drink order or if someone else staffed at the bar had merely acknowledged our presence. Thankfully the staff at Honor Bar took notice of us and fulfilled our drink order while we waited. This would have been forgotten had I not experienced complete and total rudeness from what I assume was your maitre de, a middle-aged blonde woman who could use an attitude adjustment and maybe a smile on her face. Since it was our anniversary my parents had previously contacted the restaurant to send us a gift card to use at dinner. When my mother had not heard from me, she texted asking if we had received our surprise. I politely waved down your maitre de to be sure our parent’s gift would be sent to us. She acted as if I was bothering her and said “what’s your last name? Oh, it’s a gift card. Do you want to use it now?” And walked away. There was zero mention of the gift card again and had I not heard from my mother, we would have seen a $100 credit on our bill and been quite confused. Something that was supposed to be special was seemingly a hassle for your team. Our meals were piss poor (overcooked steak & a burger so little cooked I could hear the cow mooing). My throat was like the Sahara desert waiting for water service. PB Grill is especially sentimental to us, as it was the location of our first date ten years ago and we try to go to dinner there each year for our anniversary. We felt as though we were a nuisance to your workers and treated as though we were asking the world of them. Figure out your issues before you ruin another special occasion and waste my time hiring a sitter.More

My wife and I got here early for dinner, beating the crowd. We shared a salmon entrée and an order of prime rib. Lots of very tasty food. We washed it down with glasses of a full-bodied red wine. Professional service. Not cheap but well...worth the price. Pleasant atmosphere.More

Very strange. We were excited to go there on our second night in Palm Beach. We had such a great experience the year before. Service was just not on par. The gal seemed young and very inexperienced. They ran out of filet! Bizarre! Our wedge...salad was delicious, our artichoke appetizer divine! We were never asked if we would like coffee or desert. Staff seemed like they were in a massive hurry to "wrap up" It was only 9:00. I guess off season is different? My husband took it upon himself to go up to the bar for after dinner drinks.More

Want to thank our server Ashley for an absolutely fantastic job. She along with the entire staff make this restaurant what it is. The excellent training is apparent. The food speaks for itself. Each item we ordered was terrific. Starting with the Negronis and ending...with the hot fudge Sunday! In between we shared a grilled artichoke, like we never had, deviled eggs, mmmmm good, a double pork chop “special” and wedge salad. Yes we left the restaurant weighing a bit more then we wanted, but it was so worth it. Again, thank you to Ashley and the entire staff for a job well done!More

Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly. Friendly service and delicious Cabernet by the glass. We ordered salmon with coleslaw and french fries . They ask how you would like your salmon cooked. I have never been asked this before but apparently they cook it medium...rare so it’s still a bit soft/raw in the center. I got it medium and to me it was perfect. Still soft but not raw. The “fries” were a wee bit disappointing. They are more like crispy potato strings. We also had the roasted chicken that came with a very interesting and delicious nutty, veggie wild rice side. Being from California , it was nice to dress up again and sit in a restaurant with tablecloths after not being able to for so long. I would definitely recommend for a good meal and a nice night out.More
