Our first time eating there and we'll back more often now that we purchased a place in the area. We both loved our meals and our server was delightful. A great relaxed experience.

We ate at Casey Key Fish House during a Florida downpour. It’s typical Old Florida, devoid of pretense and fanciful furnishings, but peppered with character and comfort. My wife had a glass of wine, and I had an ice-cold Corona, the coldest beer I’ve had...More

They have my favorite yellow tail snapper from Key West. I go there at least twice when I am in the area.

Casey Key Fish House exudes atmosphere and energy. They serve classic seafood in a casual setting with great views of the intercoastal waters. The Tiki Bar is always hopping and provides live music on the weekends. A worthwhile stop.

Go early because it fills up fast near lunch time. Great choices and even for those who don't want fish.

I've eaten there a bunch of times but have never ordered raw oysters and noticed they are not on their online menu. I would think they do have them but best bet is to call the restaurant directly.
