It’s been a while since I’ve been here, but it was better than ever. The ambiance, food, and service were on point. This place is a gem in College Park.

Went here for lunch with out of town friends. There were 4 of us. Service was excellent. Our waitress always available whenever we needed her. This is our 2nd try at this restaurant as we went a month ago for dinner and unfortunately, same issue...with food quality. We wanted to give it another try thinking they may have had a bad night the 1st time. No. It's a continual issue. Their food is very mediocre (at that's putting it nicely) and over priced. Quality not good. My husband ordered their Famous Reuben. Nothing famous about it. Bread hard/stale. Very little thousand island. Hardly any sauerkraut. Their menu is confusing. It says all sandwiches come with fries or sweet potato fries. However, that's not true. They need to correct the menu and put a period after fries. He ordered sweet potato fries as it appeared they were an option instead of fries with no upcharge. We did see that onion rings and truffle fries were an extra charge. I ordered a burger. Fair burger. Not at all worth the $18.00 charge. Our companions ordered salads and they were not impressed at all. Won't return as quality is not good and prices too high for that low quality.More

Sit out on the porch and order the fish tacos or one of the magnificent burgers. Enjoy a glass of wine and grab dessert. This place has great food and a very friendly staff. But, you better get a reservation at dinner because it is...also very popular.More

Great brunch! Had the cinnamon roll french toast shareable to start and it was fabulous! Entree was spinach omelette and it was very good and another generous portion. We had some brunch cocktails and all were very good. Service very friendly and efficient. Will definitely...return next time we are in Orlando!More

Good facility but packed on a week night. Food selection was generous and seating in the bar was quick with good service. A little pricey, but the area was upscale. Appetizer of crab dip was creamy and good portion size. Scallops were done ok, not...especially noteworthy. Drink prices were a little steep but again it is the area.More

Seems to me I have seen a lot of overreaching in Orlando, where restaurants want to make their mark. I appreciate DD (and have gone back more than once) because it executes a pretty well worn path with a concern for detail and integrity of...the food. I can recommend their Classic Burger (Tillamook Cheddar) and the Reuben. The fries are superlative. And the chicken tenders are allegedly one of a kind. A note to other restaurants in the area : Perhaps others should do this kind of blocking and tacking before assuming to deliver a "finer" food offering.More

Went here on the recommendation of someone while visiting Orlando. We were not disappointed and very impressed. Fast, friendly service. Food was fantastic! The Blue Cheese chips appetizer is a must try. Wife had the Wedge Burger, she loved it. I had the Monday special,...Shrimp and Grits, very good. It's located on Dubsdread Golf Course, a historical course built in 1924, and has really nice views. There's a full bar also. Will definitely visit again when we're in town.More

Greeted and seated promptly. Very attentive waitstaff. The service was great from tart to finish. Three of us had the Grouper Fingers and two had the Fried Shrimp. The food was delicious and the presentation was nice. We were not rushed and had plenty of...time to catch-up as we had not seen each other since the start of the pandemic. The Tap Room offers great seating on the patio, the porch or inside. All are perfect and the golf course scenery is wonderful. The menu offers a full array of food from fresh fish, steak, hamburgers, salads and more. They are well known for their...delicious burgers. Ate outside on a nice night and it was lovely. Friendly and attentive service. Large menu with appetizers, sandwiches, entrees and desserts. A full service restaurant that just happens to be at a golf course. The seafood pasta was outstanding. I will definitely be back.

Recently stopped for lunch with my wife and her niece. Parking was scarce, so I was not sure we would get in. Greeted by the Manager/Owner and taken to a table of our choice. This restaurant has a great atmosphere a wonderful tasty menu. Our...waiter was promptly at our table and took our drink orders. When the drinks came we ordered our food and relaxed for only a short time before bread was brought out and shortly thereafter our food was delivered. Everything was very nicely presented and cooked to our liking. Long story short, this is a great place to eat and leave feeling like you got your monies worth. Give it a try, you won't be sorry you did.More
