Worse and expensive place for a salty,dry and small pastrami sandwiches they are bad not recommended.

This place is very peculiar. The food is excellent. The combination of flavors is unique. If you like sandwiches like no other place, and or your breakfast on a plate, you have to visit El Meson. The coffee... spectacular. Great Puerto Rican restaurant.

I have been going to this fast food in Florida Mall since their opening. They are slow and I have seen how unorganized they have become. Just today I asked for a coffee and it took them close to 20 minutes to serve it. About...5 who ordered after me got their order. I had to ask what happened and the guy in charge got confused and gave another my coffee. He gave me one that was cold. I refused it and asked for a new one. He gave me a new one with a bad attitude. I guess its time to visit another and have decided to stop going to Meson. Too many employees looking at each other.More

FRIENDLY, HARD-WORKING & ORGANIZED! Where do you find that these days? Had the veggie bravo breakfast with the pressed toast & it was delicious! No wonder it was getting busy before the mall opened on Sunday! I'm GRATEFUL that it was open (the only restaurant)...for us to eat. I'd come back because of their commitment to good food, reasonable prices & considerate staff.More

Authentic puertorican sandwiches; definitely the same flavors as the one I used to eat while I was in the CAAM. I took my kids to eat there since I live in north west Florida and there is nothing like that. Awesome place

The staff very friendly, respectful and kind. The food very good, I work near Meson and I have sent many co workers there and they love the food. The only thing I don't agree with is the music. Its a tropical/Latin restaurant one would expect...to sit enjoy tropical food and tropical island music, not 80's or 90's POP music...Please this would be the cherry that tops the environment. While at the mall to kill a couple of hours and get some dinner before going to show show in downtown Orlando, we all went for different eats. After browsing the usual places I hit [generally Subway or Charley], I liked the look of Meson's...so I gave them a try. I had the Turkey sandwich combo - sandwich, fries, 20 oz drink - and the total came to $8.51, about average for the type food in a mall. Sandwich was well made, fries were good and hot. Service was excellent. Overall a good alternative to the other sandwich places [bonus: It wasn't as crowded as the big-name counters]. Only down side, and this is not within the control of the food places, is the noise level; you have to speak pretty loudly to be heard by the workers.More

This has to be one of my favorite places to go to when I vacation in Puerto Rico to visit family. It is a tradition at this point to stop by my favorite location in Hatillo but to have one in Orlando just blew my...mind, It is as great, as delicious and best breakfast or lunch you can ever have.More
