The front door of the restaurant was open during July heat and there was no aircon in the dining room. The restrooms were cool as was the area just under the cash register area. The heat was sweltering. Although there are carts for dim sum, the carts are used only to deliver items that you ordered from the table. Diners do not order items off the carts. We tried many different things, some from the dim sum menu and some from the regular menu. It was all okay but nothing was great. I have had much better dim sum experiences in other big cities. I have had better Chinese food in other restaurants in the area.

We always visit this restaurant every time we are in Orlando. Decor seems to change, table settings different from our last visit. No dim sum carts on weekdays though but we were able to order what we want on the list. Service is quick and food are delicious. Staff are friendly and prices are reasonable. Definitely will visit again when in Orlando.

My father is very hard to please when it comes to Chinese food, he is from Hong Kong. Dim Sum endorsed.

The best dim sum in Orlando. Almost as good as in NYC or The Bay Area. Items taste freshly made and are ideal serving temperature. Other places in the area have good dim sum, but they tend to be a bit hard and not as fresh. We went twice in about 10 days and both times there was a wait due to its popularity. Definitely worth a try.

I've been to Ming's five times this year and I don't live in Orlando. The dim sum is excellent. I love the turnip pudding. I've also had salt and pepper tofu and a couple of other stir fried dishes. Always delicious.

A must do while in Orlando. We have visited the restaurant every year we go to Orlando since 2016. The Dim Sum is super fresh and well prepared.

I used to love the restaurant, but the service is getting bad. The waitress keeps taking the dishes without asking and tried to tell us hurry up so she can clean the table.
When you got the receipt, the tips is listed and I wrote 14% by accident, she saw that and force me to increase the tips higher. the taste of the food is also not the same anymore

We ate dim sum to our fill on a Saturday afternoon. It was delicious! The shrimp balls, sticky rice, pineapple buns, fried turnips, taro root dumplings, and egg custard darts were all Perfection. The price was very reasonable. The two of us had our fill of dim sum and tea for under $30. The restaurant is simple in decor, nice chairs, clean tables, a small fish tank. The bathroom was clean. It's located in Orlando's Little Saigon neighborhood so there was Vietnamese being spoken around us. The wait staff was adequate and competent, but not overly friendly. The food arrived at a reasonable pace, was hot, and tasted very fresh. There is off-street parking on the side of the building. We've been looking high and low for tasty dim sum and this was great-- we will be back.

Fresh Dim Sum is not easy to find in Florida, so Ming Bistro is a gem.
Go for this typical Cantonese restaurant, which serves Dim Sum (and other Chinese dishes of course) the whole day

The quality of food items from menu seems diminishing. Most everything we ordered were either doused with soy sauce or hoisin sauce. Portions were alright. Soup were watery & tasteless. Maybe the real chef didn't show up for work that day.
The dimsum on the other hand are somewhat decent for Orlando standards (compared to CA & NY Chinatowns). Dropped by a couple of times for dimsum take-out. They didn't have some items I wanted the first time, so came by second time around. Selection/varieties are limited and so are the hours they are available.

My go to place for weekend dimsum. I’m sure there are far superior Dimsum cart places elsewhere but I’ve tried a few in Orlando and I keep coming back to this one. Great variety and consistently good. You can expect a long wait unless you get there at opening time. Service is spartan but efficient considering the large volume of costumers.

Walked in at 8:45PM, 45 minutes before they closed. The restaurant was almost empty as we walked in the guy looked at us, then his watch. He sat us at a table for 4 when we had 5 people in our party, I asked for a bigger table and he refused to sit us at a larger empty table. I asked for more than just one menu, they never brought it out. We didn’t even word because we could get past their attitude, definitely will not return back!
