After reaching out to Firebirds and explaining that we needed a place to have a small family reunion on August 23rd, they were kind enough to arranged it for us at their patio space. The day of the event from the moment we entered Victor...and his staff were extremely helpful, accommodating, nice and made us feel welcome. Victor was great, gave us all the details making sure we understood and made sure that our requests were met, he also introduced us to 3 beautiful girls, sorry I didn’t get their names, but they were spectacular, helped us with all the details and were constantly asking how they could be of service. Called me old fashion, but the best thing I liked from them was their politeness – none of that “Yees Hon” business.. I am not your honey, I am your customer paying for the services don’t call me “honey”. They were great, beautiful, helpful, polite, caring and very useful. The food was also very good. I would recommend Firebirds to you. Only two little concerns, after we were served the salad that by the way was good, they serve the main entrée right away and some people said they felt like we were being rush and the second issue, there was a discrepancy on the total of the bill; after we got home we started adding everything up and noticed an overcharged so we did reach out regarding this; it took them 2 weeks to finally answer us and we are awaiting a refund. Thank you for a very pleasant afternoon, see you soonMore

We randomly went went into Firebirds for lunch and were pleasantly surprised with the service, food and atmosphere. The menu has something for everyone and the quality is top notch. For service wise our waitress Allyson really made our experience grand. She had a great...app recommendation for the Philly egg rolls (so good) and we had the perfect pair lunch of a cheeseburger and BLT salad. We can't wait to come back and try more items.More

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is honestly a step up from what I expected it to be. Any time I see a chain like Firebirds, I brace for over priced under seasoned food. But this place couldn't be further from that! A huge drink menu, and...a food menu with lots of variety and lots of flavor. Great atmosphere and has turned into a good place for a nice meal out with friends and family.More

We tried this restaurant for something different and we weren’t disappointed. The atmosphere was very nice especially with the fireplace going on a cool rainy afternoon. The server was very pleasant and helpful. We started with a mixed drink and they were very nice. We...selected a dinner for two special and both had the filet mignon which was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Everything was great right through the dessert which was included in the special. We selected the brownie with ice cream. I know it had a better name but that desert was incredible! We will certainly be back for dessert at least and probably dinner because it was a great experience.More

We were taken to Firebirds by some old friends. The restaurant is very large with a separate covered patio area with its own bar by the main entrance. Inside the main restaurant you are greeted by a large rectangular bar area with high stools where...you can also eat. The wall behind the bar is full of shelves of spirits cleverly lit in blues & yellows which is quite spectacular. In addition on the counter is a large glass cylinder full of slices of pineapple and vodka from which is poured their signature cocktail. Behind the bar area is the dining area and at the back of that is the open kitchen. The dining area is a mixture of booths and tables The restaurant was quite quiet when we arrived and we were able for the 4 of us to sit in a booth. We decided to share starters - our hosts chose the Lobster Spinach Queso which came with multi coloured tortilla chips. This was OK but we all found difficulty in tracking down the lobster. My wife and I chose the coconut shrimp - 5 pieces of shrimp (why 5 when you are sharing) which was very good and came with a not too spicy chutney. For our main courses my wife chose the pineapple chicken whilst I chose the cilantro chicken both dishes were pretty good but nothing totally amazing about them that would make you want to go back the next day to eat the dish again. Our hosts had the durango burger & a caesar salad respectively which were both very good. We shared 2 brownies for dessert - large squares of moist brownie with ice cream and sauce and they were excellent. We had a lovely meal, nothing special but enjoyable. Our server was very good, witty, talkative, attentive and professional which is all you can ask for.More

I believe I saw another table doing that, but I'd call just to be sure.
