After a long day at Sea World, we found Ciao. Service was impeccable from the moment we walked in. Food was amazing too! Everyone cleaned their plate, and the youngest (a picky eater) asked for seconds. We will come back next time we come to Sea World.

After travelling most of the day, my fiancé and her cousin were fortunate enough to be recommended here. We ordered the pesto pollo tortellini and with some garlic bread and her cousin the rigatoni ragu. We really wished we were more hungry as the food was truly beautiful savouring every bite - we've also been to Italy so can vouch... More

We went to a dinner with our two small children. Very good dishes, very nice restaurant and good atmosphere. The waitress was very friendly. I give it 4 and not 5, because the dishes prices were to high for my opinion.

Ciao is a great restaurant we really enjoyed it. Not only did we enjoy our dinner out server Tony was phenomenal. He was professional and his personality took it over. That made the whole evening even better!

It's Located inside a shopping mall but don't let that make you think it's not a nice place. Atmosphere is classy and upscale. Waiter is full blown Italian - you feel as though you're in an authentic Italian place. Food is good and portion size is good. Only critique it's pricey but the service was excellent and we enjoyed ourselves.

Two couples had late dinner there. Restaurant was easy to find, very clean. Staff is exceptional and made sure we were well taken care of. Waiter was very engaged with us and made good recommendations. Dinners were very good, although slightly different then might be expected. For example, lasagna wasn't a 2 inch high layered Stouffer's knockoff, but a home... More

We had a party of 14 for a dinner on a Friday night and they handled it greatly. We chose to do apps for the table and individual orders. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was amazing. You may have to look for it as it's in a plaza, tucked in the corner, but very worth you time. A... More

We were visiting a SeaWorld hotel for a conference and went in search of a good meal at a reasonable price (non-amusement non-hotel prices!) For the price of a burger and a drink at the park we enjoyed a quite meal that was great. We both ordered the veal. Mine was with white sauce. They charged an extra $3.00 for... More

Absolute shocking.... Meatball spaghetti was defiantly not fresh it crumbled like it had been frozen. Lobster ravioli was like a mashed pulp that had no taste apart from crab (was also cold) entrée came before we finished the starter. All this whilst the owner sat in the corner watching something on him mobile phone with the volume full blast. When... More

We went to Ciao Italia as part of a large family gathering, 12 of us, so not an easy table to serve. The food and the service were excellent and we had a lovely meal. The service was good, and timely, and the ambiance lovely. There was something on the menu for everyone, and our tastes varied widely, and everything... More
