Great Healthy Option in Epcot

Our daughter, S-I-L, 2 grandkids, the Hubs and I went here for an early lunch. It was not yet crowded. It's kind of like a food court with healthy food. The Hubs had pork chops with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob and was a happy man. I chose a turkey sandwich, which was very good. There were... read more

My family and I have been eating lunch here for the past 8 Disneyworld trips. We absolutely love Sunshine Seasons because of the wide variety of foods available to choose from. You can get lo mein, pizza, sandwiches, wraps, etc. All of the food is served in extremely large portions so don't try to eat it all unless you're extremely... More

My husband and I ate here during our trip in September 2015. I liked the variety - definitely something for everyone for both entrees and desserts. I enjoyed my food, but my husband wasn't crazy about his (I can't remember what he ordered). I had chicken with black beans and rice and found it rather tasty. Sunshine Seasons is a... More

Okay folks, I will admit that I will be a little harsh in this review, but in good reason. You ever have a "go to" meal at Disney? Like you know you need a Dole Whip when you go to the Magic Kingdom? Well, I have certain food cravings for each time I visit each Disney park. My EPCOT go... More

I really like sunshine seasons, the food is fresh, good quality, great portions and fair price. The strawberry shortcake is absolutely delicious.

My family and I ate here while visiting Epcot. They have a large variety of things to choose from. My husband and I had pork chops with mashed potatoes. The pork chops are large, thick and flavorful. My son had mac and cheese and green beans. My Daughter had Steak and rice. The food was the best for the quality... More

I enjoyed a power salad with chicken and other than the bland, chicken it was a decent light lunch. Dessert options were on the heavy side, but eating the toasted topping off from my key lime tart did serve as a sweet end to my meal. I remember the quality being better here in the past, but maybe that is... More

Lots of food options in the world showcase, but not much in the lands area, this is a great option. Plenty to choose from and tasty while not too expensive.

Food here is great! They have a large selection; everything from salad to pork with mashed potatoes (which I believe was $13.99). This is a self-serve location, so they have drink stations, dessert stations, etc. The atmosphere is ok. Dining area is very large, with lots of seats all around the land pavilion. Great quick service location to eat at... More

This a great place to grab lunch or dinner while at Epcot. The food selection and quality is great and believe it or not it is reasonably priced for a Disney location. Every time we visit we make it a point to enjoy a meal here.
