We had so many things to eat here.... Oak-grilled Rotisserie Chicken, Slow-roasted Pork Chop, Asian Shrimp Stir-fry, and the Turkey sandwich on Ciabatta. All of the entrees were more than I expected for a fast food restaurant, The shrimp stir-fry could have had more shrimp present in the dish and the pork chop was the end piece so it was... More

We were not on a dining plan so and on looking at all the other choice options from around the 'world' at Epcot, this place presented the most affordable option for us being a young family of four. There were a number of selections to choose from at the various counter services from sandwiches to Mexican and traditional oriental foods.... More

Even though Epcot has amazing foods from 11 countries, we always end up here for at least one meal. The selections are so varied, everyone can find something. And surprisingly, the desserts rival anything you can get in the park! The traditional Disney cupcakes can be found here, but they also serve Creme Brûlée and a fabulous carrot cake (if... More

We hit sunshine seasons for lunch on our recent Disney visit. We really enjoyed it and would recommend it for its variety and good food. We were a group of 8 so we appreciated the variety. It was very busy but we still found ample seating in the large seating area and the quality of food was surprisingly good. I... More

It's a good job we are on the dinning plan. There is quite a lot to choose from however my husbands ham sandwhich was dry and hard, my daughter had sweet and sour chicken which was lacking in chicken and I had Mongolian beef which you could have soled your shoes with. It would have cost over 70 dollar too... More

We grabbed a bite to eat at Sunshine Seasons, located in “The Land” at Epcot. It’s not really a restaurant, more just a few different kiosk’s where you can walk up and order food, then find a place to eat. We ate: Oak grilled rotisserie chicken w/black beans & yellow rice, power salad with oak-fired chicken, quinoa, almonds, and honey... More

My family and I always like eating here. They have a lot of variety (Cuban sandwich, veggie sandwich, desserts, fish tacos, salads, etc.). The servers are polite and efficient. Plenty of seating. Clean. It's all really good! I would definitely recommend eating here when at Epcot.

Sunshine Seasons at Epcot was a great choice from our Quick Service Dining plan. We at breakfast and lunch during our recent visit to Disney, It had a far greater number of choices than the usual Quick Service restaurant at Disney. You could choose sandwiches, Oriental, fish tacos, pasta, salads, bakery and many desserts to choose from, plus refillable drinks.... More

I have been to EPCOT twice a year for many years and love the park very much. We have eaten all over the park over the years, but this was another disappointment for this establishment. This visit we ate grilled chicken at the Wood Fired Grill Shop, but the chicken did not taste wood fired. The chicken has a weird... More

Recommended by good friends from Orlando this counter service meal was fresh and eclectic ranging from ahi rice noodle salad to fish tacos. I was happy with the fare and the location.
