This is the one character dining experience that took two deluxe meal points per adult. I think most of that is for the experience of being inside the top level dining room of Cinderella's Castle, because you get to meet five princesses (Cinderella downstairs and others upstairs), the food is brought to you, and you don't pay a tip at... You must check in at your appointed time - not a minute early. The Princesses (5 of them) come out and are announced one at a time, then they make their rounds table to table for photo opportunities with the small Princes and Princesses. They are also there for photos with the adults. They all seemed to be willing to... More

I woke up at 7am 6 months ago to make a dinner reservation for this "must go" place for our first Disney trip. I was so pleased to have snagged a coveted reservation. I noticed a few weeks later that my credit card had been billed for $225 as soon as I made the reservation. I assume I missed that... More

The photographer and his helper were rude. It was obvious that all they were interested in doing was getting rid of us and moving onto the next "unit" as quickly as possible. These people were unhappy, unfriendly, and visibly annoyed with us. His helper didn't like where I put my hat and bag down, the photographer barked that it was... More

We went for breakfast so we could get into the park early. Breakfast was delicious but a bit expensive. It was a nice way to meet some of the princesses. Our preschooler still plays with the magic wand she got here.

We don't have kids yet so we came here on our own. It felt weird because it is a fancier (and expensive) place but it's definitely all about little girls. Which totally makes sense, of course! But as adults, we felt a little out of place (but probably would have felt weird paying $30 for a toddler to not eat... More

Our experience at this restaurant started with a very curt employee at the check-in counter, who literally told me I was 2 minutes early for my reservation and would have to come back. But it was all uphill from there, mostly. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and it's cool to be up inside the Disney castle. We loved our server.... More

I swear to God-this place had good food. I know disney restaurants are known to be lacking in the taste department but we had a really good meal here, and my daughter got to meet the princesses. That's what you call a win-win situation.

My family (3 adults & 3 kids 7,7 & 9) and I ate here on our first WDW trip in April 2016. We had heard nothing but great things about getting to dine in the castle with the princesses and of course having a 7 y/o daughter it was a must! The end result and experience for us was pretty... More

This will always be a must stop for us at Disney World. Great food and great experience. Great way to see several princesses in one stop, and in the a/c. And my goodness, YOU ARE IN THE CASTLE!!! Such an experience!!
