We've been a regular customer here for over 10 years. I've written before about how I don't like the changes to the decor. This trip, we found they had also changed the way they prepare some of the dishes. To their credit, after I mentioned it, they asked the chef and he prepared the dish the "old way". One of... More

Sushi was very fresh and delicious. Service was attentive. We sat at the bar. MoonFish is still my favorite place to go in Orlando, but this was a nice change up.

Was recommended by friend. We ordered off menu asking waitress Bui to select sushi for us given some limited dislikes....she did very well. Salmon tower and red tuna tatami were unique creations and very nicely prepared. Sashimi selected was high grade, fresh, and nicely presented. The hydrogen bomb was a surprise....beer selection cold and good....we were impressed and will return.

The title might sound mean but it's true. The sushi was fresh enough and not bad but my boyfriend thought it was too "mushy" which I would agree with. The tuna was mangled. We saw many good reviews on the rolls royce (rolls roys as the menu says) but honestly it was our least favorite roll and being that it... More

We had some of the best sushi in a long time. prices were reasonable and everything was as fresh as can be. Seaweed with Spicy Tuna Tartare was delish. Volcano roll looked almost as good as it tasted.

I recently visited some relatives in Orlando and ended up going for sushi at Amura. I mainly wanted to write a review because I was blown away with how delicious the sushi were. We ordered Tuna Rolls, Salmon Rolls, and Shrimp Tempura Rolls. They were all delicious and hands down the best sushi I've ever eaten.

The littles things matter It was 20 minutes before they open for lunch. Somebody had turned the 'air conditioning' on in Orlando… Rainy 40°. When we tried the door we were told they were not quite really. We pleaded for a place to sit and promised not to judge while we waited. Well played. Amazing sushi! Loved the vibe of... More

Definitely one of the best sushi/sashimi places I've found in Orlando. Good selection and the fish is always fresh. If you stay late you may see them checking the entire restaurant for errant grains of rice. This place is really clean! If you get the chance, ask for Naba. She's an outstanding waitress and made outstanding recommendations. Can't wait to... More

I have been to Amura a few times. They have never let me down yet. The fish is fresh and delicious. Some interesting combinations in their special rolls. It can get very busy on the weekends so arrive early. Parking can be a nightmare. There are so many places in the shopping center that finding a parking spot on the... More

My FAVORITE restaurant ever. Happy hour is amazing with half off of delicious sushi rolls. The Bubba Roll is amazing. I also LOVE the Samurai Ribs. I have been coming here for years and service has always been really good. Every sushi place I go to, I always compare them to Amura and I never find anything like it.
