Tasty food at reasonable prices. Service is friendly and fast. The Napa Chicken soup was loaded with ingredients and taste. The Chicken Pad Thai is good. All served piping hot and fast. Good spot for lunch.

Napasorn Thai provides good food as described in their menus. A mix of both popular Tha dishes and some mainstream Asian cuisine. The restaurant does serve beer and wine, but no hard alcohol. Had a craving for Thai food while staying at a downtown hotel and this was one of the few places that a) wasn't super far away from where we were staying b) open until 10pm. We got there with a little under an hour left...and although it was quiet (it was a Tuesday night), we never had the feeling that we were an inconvenience. Service was pleasant and food came in a reasonable length of time. Being downtown you'd think they might charge more, but the prices were what you'd find at any other Thai restaurant. Generous portions and the vegetarian curries we got were tasty and filling. I would definitely eat here again.More

Our go-to spot for Thai lunch. Panang and Pad Thai are excellent. Was going there once a week until a roach fell off the wall onto our table...um...yeah.

From the outside you would think this restaurant was very expensive, but it is no more expensive than any other Thai place in Orlando.  Went here on a Sunday and were the only people in the restaurant, so I hope they make it.  The panang...curry was very good and my wife loves the pineapple fried rice.  Most items can be made gluten-free too.  One of our favorite Thai restaurants here in town.More

Ordered take out from this place a few times amd it has not disappointed. Flavor is balanced and not overbearing. Portions are good. Price is fair. Do yourself a favor and go get some food from there. You will thank me later.

We went to this restaurant with a group of friends prior to a concert. The service from the beginning was excellent. We didn't wait for anything and both the lady and the gentleman that waited on us were extremely friendly and efficient. The food was...excellent. The tom yum soup, the shrimp and vegetable tempura, the fried rice, the seaweed salad all excellent. Just a little warning though, when you ask for Thai hot you get it! Not like other Thai restaurants where they claim to make it spicy. These people know what hot food should taste like! Of course you can also have mild or medium if you choose it. My Uber driver recommended this Thai place near my downtown hotel - Aloft. It was raining, so I found it on Uber Eats. I ordered the house salad with ginger dressing and pad thai with chicken made spicy. The food was excellent. I'm super picky...about chicken and this was true white meat. The salad was very basic, but the ginger dressing was great - I suggest asking for extra because the portion is small. Also, I got one skimpy napkin and my plastic fork was tiny and flimsy. Just keep this in mind if you don't have access to other plasticware or napkins. The food was so good, I'll probably order in again tonight after work. My delivery arrived to downtown Aloft hotel in less than 30 minutes.More

A little gem of a place. Food was superb. Rice served in shape of a heart was both unusual and endearing. No complaints at all. Pleasant and attentive staff. Reasonably priced. I asked for my curry mild and I say this as advisory rather than...derogatory it was about the limit strength wise for my taste. Glad I didn't ask for hot. Would recommend to anyone.More

I am always reluctant to give a bad review, but this was my experience at Napasorn Thai Restaurant. I visited Napasorn Thai Restaurant for lunch after a meeting with a business associate. I arrived 1st and sat me. A waitress came and I told her...I was waiting for someone and she pour me a glass of water. I tried to request something, but she appeared not to understand or ignored me speaking and walked away. She was not friendly in the least. My associate arrived and they someone else came to take our order. We placed the orders. Another table was seated and they place their orders. We waited and waited and wondered what happened to our food. Then my dish arrived, but she had nother dish in her hand that we was sure was his. It was what he ordered, but she took it on to the table that came in after us. I waited to start thinking his dish would come right out, it took a while. I must admit I was already fed up with the service at this point. When his plate arrived we proceeded to eat. The meal seemed ok, nothing special. But then I bit into something that was horrible. In fact I had to spt it out. I called the waitress and explained to her that someting was wrong with my food. I love Thai food, had the before at other restaurants, but something was definitely wrong. She walked away and spoke to another lady at theregister. The next time she came back it was with a bill. She never addressed my complaint and of course charged me the full bill for food that could not be eaten. It is definitly a take it I give it to place, lacking real customer service. This was the 2nd time I visited this restaurant and must admit I had no memorable issue the 1st time. All businesses appear to be good till something goes wrone. The true character and quality test of a business is not what you do when things go right, but what you do when things go wrong. They surely failed that test. I know they may have a number of good reviews, but in my case I will not be eating there again. No quality customer service and some meals apparently are bad.More

Atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired. Food and service were definite 4*s. 5* Shrimp in a blanket is a rolled shrimp with a nice sauce. Peanut sauce is nice. Fried rice with chicken was amazing. Seafood combo was 3*. Very nice people. Enjoy!
