We ordered 3 burgers at the bar and it took over close to an hour to get our food after we were told 3 times that it was coming right out. It took calling over the manager to finally get our food, which was then out within 2 minutes. The food was really good once it arrived.

We have eaten before at other Planet Hollywood venues and would rate this as one of the best. The service, food and ambiance were all 5 star. We enjoyed it so much we have booked to eat there again before we leave.

Had to try out the new improved Planet Hollywood. Outside looks great! Inside similar but less memorabilia. Couldn't get upstairs to see what they had up there. New projectors were great! Had 5 Cheese Dip as appetizer was very good. Split the Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger. Looked awesome but was a bit blah. Nothing special as we had hoped.... More

Just had dinner at Planet Hollywood Observatory. Please make reservations ahead of time or be relegated to waiting on the stairs leading to the restaurant. We were seated immediately and had a nice table on the second tier facing all the various displays and oversized videos. Our server was fine. However our orders took a while and the manager had... We were excited to dine here since it was the first week they reopened. The inside is the same but just refreshed. If you are visiting Disney, there are way better places to dine. They accepted our dining plan but we ordered one of the $14 shakes to try since the pics on the menu look awesome, but it was... More

We had the citrus kale salad and the ringer burger. Both amazing! It was the best burger I've ever had. Inane was our server. Super sweet and attentive. Great atmosphere!!

Our expectations were high, at the end the experience was very low. 1. They can do a much better job at developing the observatory theme. There's actually nothing beside the staff uniforms and building shape that's related to the theme. 2. Lots of details are left unattended, staff is crazy running around struggling to deal with the whole situation. I... More

We had an early dinner there both my wife and I had Guy Fierre inspired hamburgers. They were juicy and flavorful and cooked as ordered. The service was slow, in fact we waited to the point that I was preparing to leave right before a waiter showed up at our table. I gave the tasting of 4 based on food... More

Service is horrible for pricy food items. Both of us had hamburger and they were great (either that or we were too hungry and inhaled our food). My hostess took order rough order out and that was it. Last time I saw when when I gave her my cc. Save your money for other tasty meals. The kids mac n... More

This was a major improvement over the old Planet Hollywood. We stopped going years ago because it was so awful and decided to give the renovated Planet Hollywood a try. We had a great time. The food was MUCH better, and the burgers were huge. We also had three of the "dessert" shakes. While they were yummy, we felt it... More
