One of our go to places when we’re in town. Tried the brisket nachos....although tasty we wish they could have added more brisket, a little less cheese and what’s with the chili green sauce on everything? Would prefer the sauce on the side or less...of it. Got the ribs which were great but again cheese & green chili sauce on the corn. And of course, we appreciate the military discount & the phenomenal service!More

I was looking forward to the pulled pork sandwich at the House of Blues. I ordered it take out so I could eat it on their patio which does not have waiter service for lunch. The takeout order did not include utensils (despite my side...being cole slaw). The sandwich was very ordinary...I guess most people smother it in the BBQ sauce, which I didn't do. My feeling is the meat should be flavorful enough without it. So yes, I was disappointed.More

Ate lunch here today. Had one of the best pulled pork sandwiches I’ve ever had. Great service and rest of family enjoyed their meals. They took 25% off the entire meal, because I’m a veteran. I’ve never been anywhere that has done that before. Thank...you so muchMore

When we come to Disney Springs, we eat here. The food is wonderful, the service spot on, and the entertainment is excellent. I look forward to seeing Matt performing when we arrive. He is a spectacular entertainer and very talented. We always opt for the...meat platters, ribs, pulled pork etc. Always wonderful and the portions are plentiful. Stop in and say hello, enjoy dinner, and then have a seat outside and enjoy the music.More

While in Disney Springs we stopped here for dinner as it has been a while since our last visit. We experienced a small wait due the restrictions ongoing but nonetheless sat and had our dinner. Jeremiah, our server, was on the money, quick, friendly and...helpful! We ordered the Carolina Mess and Shrimp tacos! Both meals were good and filling. Reasonably priced and good portions! No shows at this venue yet but did have a live band outside. Both outside and inside dining available! Will be back!More

I’ve decided to take a few days to really think about what happened to us Sunday (not dramatic, just annoyed) We’ve always wanted to try HOB but always ended up getting out voted by family members and chose other places while on vacation. This time...it was just me and our two teenage girls so we went for it Saturday night and feel in love with our server Steven and our food especially our dessert 🤤. We were so impressed by the service and food we took a $30 cab drive dreaming about that dessert Sunday. We had made a reservation Saturday and it was kinda dead so we decided to chance it on Sunday. We were in luck again and was seated right away. I left the girls to order while I ran to the restroom. When I got back to the table they were a little embarrassed and ready to leave. I said “what happened” They said that they told the host that sat them they was so excited about the dessert they came all that way to just get dessert and he told them it wasn’t considerate to the waiter because of tips and should have just ordered at the bar. (Former server here) Ive had people eat $76-100 meals and tip $5.00! Some people just aren’t big tippers and that sucks but that’s ok too. I think that was extremely rude to say to two kids while their mother wasn’t there and made them feel awkward. How does he know how much I would tip? It felt like a pretty woman moment. They begged me to not say anything and we had came a long way so I sucked it up...ordered the dessert, eat and paid. We were out within 20 minutes. For the record our bill was $24 and I tipped $10. It wasn’t his fault the host was a total Jacktail but I will not be going back. I’ll just find the recipe online lolMore

So here I was back at House of Blues. Since we were st Disney Springs this seemed like a good try again. This time I was very pleased. Our waiter was very good & friendly. We split the Smokehouse which was more than enough for...two. The beef brisket was tender, the cornbread had just the right amount of jalapeno peppers, the baked beans were good & the coleslaw had a flavor that made us wonder what it was but it was very good. We ordered a side of mac n cheese & couldn't finish everything on the plates. If we lived there we would have taken it home. Too bad to throw out beef brisket. We didn't have a reservation as we didn't know in this situation we needed one but they accommodated us immediately. We were there during the week at dinner time & the service was very good.More

We have always wanted to eat at the house of blues and with covid this was the first time we have seen no wait to be seated. We asked for a window seat but was seated on the other side of the room against the...wall. Our server was great. Super friendly guy and made the meal fun. I ordered the ribs. They were so dry and tough that the knife would not even cut them. I should have gotten a burger. My son lived his burger and my wife and a friend of ours had the brisket sandwich. They said it was really spicy hot and was just ok. This visit overall was not good for the food. We should have tried another place. The cooks should go somewhere like Bono's BBQ or a local BBQ place and have someone teach them how to cook good BBQ. Ribs should always just fall off the bone. They do offer a discount to Disney pass holders. This house of blues is located in the Disney springs area.More
