The food is very good served by attentive and friendly and celebrity caricatures provide the inter-course entertainment. The Cobb Salad is well worth it and the steaks are done to perfection. Well worth it - and it provides a nice rest and preferential seating for the Fantasmic show.

We were surprised at how great this food was. It was expensive as far aa our deluxe package was concerned, but thoroughly enjoyed the break in out Disney day to dine here, Service was excellent and attentive.

We've been here multiple times and finally getting around to reviewing. Its pricey for what you get, hence 4 not 5 stars. Many dining selections, excellent service and best food at DS.

My family of 5 ate Thanksgiving dinner at the Hollywood Brown Derby. The restaurant had added a "traditional" turkey dinner to their menu. 4 out of 5 of us ordered the holiday meal. While it was quite tasty, the temperature was a little off (too cool). I enjoy my food nearly piping hot. My son with allergies was very well... More

The food is high quality, and taste as such. The service is poor and the people that work just run a herd through at a time. Go for food don't go for service. The drink are as you would think they are full with ice

The place was almost empty for dinner so it was a little bit cold but it was good to enjoy a relatively quiet place. Service was efficient but not overly friendly. The food is good (better than you could expected inside a Park).

We have wanted to try the Brown Derby restaurant for a long time, but the price kept us from going in. We should have stayed out. We tried lunch today, the bread and butter were fairly good, we should have stopped there. I don't mind paying for a good experience, but I feel cheated by an experience like this. My... More

Managed to get reservations for Thanksgiving Dinner, and although the park was busy, as you'd expect, we were seated really quickly, service was as you would expect from Disney. We decided to go for the special thanksgiving menu, what else's would you have? Although the rest of the menu looked good. Food was really good, and because we couldn't decide... More

Our families lay of 6 ended our Disney experienc with a dinner at the Brown Derby. It as one of the highlights. I had pork 3 ways; a pulled pork, pork tenderloin, a a fried pork belly. The contrasting flavors and textures were excellent. The cornbread was a great contrast. Our waiter, Moses, was one of the best ever. Not... More

My wife and daughter had chicken breast. I had a cob salad. The wife's chicken was $32 and was very poorly prepared. Macaroni was dry and the chicken was pretty tasteless. Honestly, if I were rating this as a $10 meal it would still be a 2. My cob salad was not prepared well either. We've eaten at a lot... More
