Surprisingly, my kids' (ages 7 and 9) named this as their favorite restaurant - and we ate a lot of places! They had mussels, salad, pasta and steak, and loved everything. Of course, the number one reason to eat here are the passes to Fantasmic! We will schedule a dinner here every time we come to WDW!

Attentive service and high quality food highlighted our visit to the heart of Hollywood Studios Brown Derby. Strong recommend. Just be aware that they can't seat more than 5 in a group

This was a beautiful place to eat. the staff and food were great and the setting was very nice indeed. this took two of our dining plan credits and I did not think it was worth that but I am glad we went and would return, no complaints at all.

We walked down Pixar Street and back to the Brown Derby, for lunch. We each selected a pair of appetizers, as we wanted to eat lightly and shared a bottle of Fess Parker Riesling (39). Lyd had the Florida Tomato Soup (11) with grilled cheese bites on brioche with a bacon, heirloom tomato and local microgreens salad, all in the... More

Hollywood Brown Derby is in the heart of Disney's Hollywood Studios. The atmosphere and quality is that of fine Art Deco Hollywood restaurant, making it a cut above your normal Disney restaurant. The food, service and choice from the bar is incredible. Food wise it's hard to go past a Brown Derby Cobb salad. A signature dish that is amazing.... More

As locals we visit the Hollywood Brown Derby several times a year. Our favorite entree is the Cobb Salad. No one makes it like they do at the Brown Derby. The rolls are served warm with tasty butter topped with sea salt. The wine and spirits list offers a good selection including flights. We also love that they offer a... More

I've eaten here with my family on a few occasions and it's always been good. This last time was awesome! Raul took good care of my family and even made great recommendations. He was very attentive and as many of us know, the service really makes a big deal. I really appreciate when a server takes care of the guest.... More

I have eaten here twice and it was outstanding both times! If you're looking for a tasty meal (or you're simply tired of eating Quick Serve food) then do yourself a favor and eat at the Hollywood Brown Derby! The building is modeled after the real restaurant that was popular during Hollywood's Golden Age; dim lighting, dark wood accents coupled... More

I truly enjoyed the food and service at the Brown Derby. Our server, Moses from Kenya was a real professional. The food includes items that were created at the original brown derby-- cobb salad (which I learned was created when sid Grumman went to the brown derby after having gone to the dentist) and grapefruit cake (after one of its...
