Our group ate at the Hollywood studio's Brown Derby for lunch. We all ate salads, which were bountiful and very good. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. We would recommend the Brown Derby when you happen to be at the Hollywood studio's. Reservations, we believe are a must.

My husband and I love the Hollywood Brown Derby. On our last visit, we visited twice for lunch and also checked out the outdoor lounge. We both love the cobb salad. My favorite entrée is the chicken sandwich and my husband's the wagu burger. The food has always been very appetizing. Oh, and don't let me forget the warm bread... More

The Cobb salad is legendary for a reason. We ate there twice last week and on our second visit everyone ordered the Cobb. They handled food allergies well too. Great place!

It was expensive. It was good food though. The steak was so tender I could use a fork to cut it so I have no complaints there. I just wish I cam here at the start of my trip instead of the end when fatigue had already set in. The service was top notch as it should be for the... More

Sorry, but this restaurant doesn't belong on Disney property. Why? Way way way over-priced and this sort of restaurant does NOT belong in a theme park place. The food was okay, but not at all worth the price we paid. $49 for a filet that "luke warm" would be warmer than it actually was? My son's lamb came with a... More

We ate lunch at Brown Derby as part of Fantasmic dining package. Excellent food and our sever Moses excellent. Fantasmic package is prix fixe so there is a lot of food, even for lunch

The outdoor lounge is available without reservation with drinks and small plates/appetizers. A smaller version of cobb salad is available, as well as sliders and a cheese plate. It is not fabulous food, and is not the quickest choice, but it is a good alternative should you find yourself in the park without a reservation.

This is one of the slowest meals we've ever encountered on any Disney property. The food was good (not great). But it's not worth taking 2 and a half hours out of our park day. Everything about this place was slow. We were slow to get the kid's meals, slow to get our drinks and it seemed like forever before... More

Since it doesn't open until noon, our time was limited and we couldn't try as many items as we would have liked. However, the salads, soup and bread were really good, the best thing at any of the Disney parks. For a little more than the junk food they sell everywhere else, you can have a really good, relaxing meal... More

High priced for small portions. Good service and expensive beers.Nice place to stop in the park, but no reason to run there regularly. Limited menu. Needs sandwiches for sure!
