My family just ate at Crystal Palace last night and we had a great experience. Crystal Palace is always a must when we are in Disney. Both breakfast and dinner are great here, but breakfast is cheaper and you can get in the park early. We really enjoyed all of the food on the buffet and the character interactions were... More

On this trip we went to the Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom and Tusker House at Animal Kingdom. Crystal Palace had some really tasty dishes but the desserts were not so great. Previously (on another trip) we had been to Hollywood Studios Character lunch with Disney Junior characters so we were expecting the desserts to be better. Overall we... More

$45/person for a salt laden buffet! Used to be the very first place we ate when we went to WDW, but we will never go back after this last visit. Server could hardly be bothered for our first round of drinks. We met several families waiting in lines around the park that were equally appalled. Better to visit Pooh &... More

Always an enjoyable afternoon to dine at the Crystal Palace. The food is about what you would expect for a buffet and certainly not cheap. The desserts are really the best part. It's also nice to see the kids enjoy the likes of Pooh and his friends. Service is great.

The Crystal Palace is fantastic because of the characters, but the food is also pretty good. The steak is fantastic, the shrimp are superb, the mac & cheese and chicken nuggets under the kids section are wonderful, and the various desserts (especially the s'mores tart and the honey pot) were exceptional. In terms of overall dining experiences in Disney, there... More

They had all of the Pooh characters visiting folks and the service was very good. We ate breakfast on 3/21 and had no complaints. You are paying for the show more than the food so expectations should be adjusted accordingly.

The breakfast is good. It's buffet style. The omelets were very good! There's nothing that is remarkable for the food. All you-can-drink-chocolate milk is a kid's favorite, but it's pretty basic food. However, the selling point is the ambiance. It's a beautiful glass adorned restaurant with a very friendly staff who informs you about the time that it takes for... More

Most everything tasted very good and fresh. Several of us had to have a Mickey waffle even though we're not kids, and there was a puffed french toast that was absolutely delicious! The Winnie the Pooh characters are fabulous! They play their parts so well! If you want to try a character breakfast, check the prices of course, but it... More

We, personally, enjoy going here. The food is good, we get reservations on the dining plan, and the characters come to your table. Plan on an hour and a half at least to eat and get your interactions with all of the characters. If you're in a rush, have impatient children (or adults) then you may want to bypass this... More

We were very disappointed withthe Crystal Palace. The buffet was so so. The best dishes were the chicken nuggets an dmac and cheese in the children's buffet. The service was friendly, but the waitress rearely came around. The rest of the buffet was very forgetable. This came at a very high price. Seeing the characters was not worth it. The... More
