Don't go here without an advance reservation. The food is just not high enough quality for the prices charged. For those of us who can remember years past, the food at this particular restaurant was quite good. Now, at best a bad day at a...More

We had been to Crystal Palace for dinner a couple of years ago, and we really weren’t impressed. Found the food to be mediocre at best. We decided to go back this trip anyway, specifically for the character experience. We were really pleasantly surprised. The...More

One of the best times we had, we had a part of 10. This place everyone was on point. Staff was on it. Even if it was buffet style drinks were always full and never needed a thing the characters stopped at every table so...More

A very good restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and helpful staff. A lot of characters surrounding tables, coming for hugs and kisses. A must-do for kids!

No. Not worth it, not even for the character experience. Winnie the Pooh and friends wear a tattered costume and prance around the restaurant where they take a quick picture for $200. The food is so bland and is of Golden Corral standards (no offense...More

This is a must for Disney fans who love Winnie the Pooh and his friends. This was a character breakfast and was in the form of a help yourself buffet. The food was delicious with plenty of choice from fresh fruit and yoghurt right through...More

This is a buffet style restaurant with a bit of a british slant on the food. We arrived and joined the check in queue, then waited around 15 mins to be called into the restaurant. We were seated on the left side where most of...More

When we went in January it was $60 plus tax and tip. Personally thought it not worth the price for the food selection. Second time going, would not go again.

No reservation needed but you need to wait to be seated... just like any other restaurant! Wait is around less than 13 minutes. We were there in May! Good luck and enjoy!
