The restaurant was a great way to relax after trudging through park for several hours and the food and drinks were wonderful. Price also not bad.

Kona Cafe is a quieter alternative to breakfast at the Polynesian. The character breakfast is always very busy, crowded, and usually fully booked! Kona Cafe is right next to it. My family had breakfast at Kona Cafe on Thanksgiving. It was also nice to relax and actually hear each other speak. Everyone absolutely loved their meals. I ordered the pumpkin... More

We dined here on a sunday night. it was our first time trying this place and we really loved it! We were excited to check out all the new things additions to the Polynesian resort. We had a gluten allergy with us and they were very accommodating! my mom got her own gluten free bread and she loved everything she... More

We visited the Polynesian Resort and stopped for lunch. The burger with Brie and shrimp, and the mango chicken were such delicious and filling entrees that we could not find room for the chocolate soufflé .

We always make it a point to eat here on our visits to WDW. They have a nice selection of tropical drinks and light fare for lunch. The atmosphere could use a touch of 'tiki' in my opinion, but the staff is friendly and the food is good. My wife's favorite part is when they show you the dessert selection,... More

We enjoyed our late breakfast at the Kona Cafe. Good quality food although I might not have the Tonga Toast next time. Delicious but almost too sugary and sweet. They have a full gluten free breakfast menu which was great for my daughter with Celiac. It included gluten free pancakes and waffles. My only complaint was the service. Even though... More

Tonga toast! It is a must try when you go to Kona Cafe for breakfast. Everything that we ordered was top notch. Service was very good also.

I've been to Kona Café before... I don't know if they stepped up their game but we had lunch there twice during our last stay and I thought the food was amazing. Island chicken sandwhich and the steak were absolutely perfect. The staff was nice. This place is a hidden gem. While people are obsessed with 'Ohana they forget Kona... More

Description
The Kona Cafe infuses a bit of Asian zest into traditional American breakfast, lunch and dinner fare in Disney's Polynesian Resort. Indulge in the scrumptious cinnamon and banana-stuffed Tonga Toast or choose from a variety of more savory breakfast options like a variety of egg dishes and pineapple macadamia nut pancakes. At midday, satisfy your hunger with an Island chicken sandwich and housemade sweet potato chips, shrimp and scallops, or other tasty entrees. Dine in the evening on delicacies such as a selection of fresh fish, grilled ginger-crusted ribeye steak or coconut almond chicken. As you enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this Polynesian restaurant, feast your eyes across the onstage open pastry kitchen that prepares divine desserts. Kona Cafe offers authentic Kona coffee as a perfect pairing to these pastries, or as a rich addition to any meal.
