My wife and I have eaten here nearly 20 times over many years. Virtually every single time has been incredible. However, last night was horrible. Overly cooked (dry) fish. Overly salted food. Wrong orders. Incorrect plates. I ordered Dumplings + Eggrolls, but got TWO orders of Dumplings with no eggrolls. When I eventually got the eggrolls, they were horribly salty.... More

First, the decor is excellent as was the service (2 servers per table, seated promptly with reservation). The entrees (we had Edamame and Dumpings) were excellent, the edamame the best I ever had (cast iron cooked with Asian seasoning with a char). Son had the kid's steak which was a good deal and delicious with Korean BBQ sauce. I got... More

We chose this place as we have been here before and we could make a reservation for New Years. Service was great and on point. Food was excellent as well. Had the ribs app, sushi, pork buns, and lobster thermidor. All were very good. In fact ordered another Crispy Katsu roll for dinner as well. We will be back.

I ate at Emeril's steakhouse in Vegas and thought it was overrated, but I really like Emeril so we decided to give his Tchoup Chop a shot for lunch. It was OK. Nice ambiance, decent service, decent portions, but the food was not exceptional. Appetizers: The dumplings were not very good, but we really enjoyed the egg rolls. Lunch: I... More

We booked a table at Emeril's Tchoup Chop this past week while on vacation at the Universal Resort. Upon entry, the decor was impressive, inviting and warm. Our waiter was really terrific, we forgot to get his name, but he'd been with this restaurant for 8 years - he was very forthcoming with suggestions, and provided detailed descriptions of the... We were staying at the Lowes Royal Pacific and needed a place to eat upon arrival. We were able to get in to Tchoup Chop expecting a wonderful meal. We were instead served luke warm, greasy, soggy food. The sushi we ordered was fine but nothing spectacular. Definitely not worth the money. I'd head over to City Walk.

Four of us visited on New Year's Eve, restaurant was busy but not overcrowded, plenty of open tables. It took a little longer than usual for waiter to address our table, answered our questions but was not very attentive. We ordered a bottle of wine, which took quite some time to make it to our table, we had water and... More

Finally got here after years of "thinking about it." Visiting the Loew's Royal Pacific Resort was worth the trip. Very cool property and done really well. Tchoup Chop itself is done beautifully with an overflow pond in the center of the seating area. Waitstaff is attentive and helpful. All three of us had appetizers and all were delicious. Dinner arrived... More

Food and service was outstanding. Three of us had the price fixe dinner, two ordered off the menu and one kids meal. One meal (sea bass) did not taste right and it was swapped out, no questions asked. The service was outstanding. The kids steak was great - the bigger kids wanted it! Great Bao buns app. You have to... More

My Family, Friends and I looked forward to dine at Emeril’s Tchoup Chop as this would have been the third Emeril Lagasse restaurant I would have eaten at. Let me start by saying I'm a huge Emeril Fan. I have been to Nola ***** and The New Orleans Fish House in Vegas ***** Both were outstanding, but Tchoup Chop was... More

Emeril's Tchoup Chop (pronounced chop-chop) is the hottest table in Orlando, and Lagasse's second location at Universal Studios. The name offers a hint of New Orleans' famous Tchoupitoulas Street, home to Emeril's flagship restaurant, and the bold culinary term "chop". Located at Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando, Emeril's Tchoup Chop offers a dining experience unlike any other created by the famous master chef. In both atmosphere and menu, Emeril's Tchoup Chop offers diners a unique and exotic journey through the Pacific Seas with a delicious experience of Asian and Polynesian influences complemented by his signature bold flavors - a perfect complement for the Royal Pacific Resort. Although walk-ins can be accommodated, reservations are highly recommended. Our dress policy is casual with no tank tops for men. Bernard Carmouche, Culinary Director, and Lee Kaleel, General Manager, are dedicated to providing you with that memorable dining experience.
