Really nice place. We got the scallops. They were tasty. The hibiscus sauce with them were really good. The halibut wrapped in parchment paper was okay. Now the creme brûlée - it was amazing!!!!

Yes, there is a dress code but the guests don't necessarily follow it and staff doesn't really don enforce it. As long as you don' wear a bathing suit or tank top and cut off shorts you won't have a problem.
