If I could rate this place with zero stars, I would definitely do so.TERRIBLE customer service with lack of understanding and care for any type of customer dietary restrictions. We placed an order through door dash and couldn’t make a note about a gluten allergy. After we placed the order, we immediately called China sun to request for the rice to not be made with soy sauce . The woman rushed us off the phone and said “yeah , yeah, yeah”... and hung up. We called back and stated the request in which she responded “I’m very busy”. And hung up again. We tried to not take this personally however we deal with a gluten allergy so wanted to ensure the food was separated properly. Once the food was received, we noticed the rice did indeed have soy in it . We called again and she hung up, called again and she disregarded our question. Horrible place with horrible customer service.

The food here tastes cheap and nasty. The quality has fallen throughout the years and is at an all time low. They need to take this spot out of its misery.

I'm a New Yorker that loves good Chinese food and the food here at china sun reminded me of home. Great food, fast delivery, nice portions.
