This place was extremely crowded (convention in town) - the noise level was so loud you had to shout across the table to be heard - couldn't get a table so ate at the bar. The food (Chimichanga) was the most tasteless thing I have eaten in a long time. Picture canned chicken stuffed into a tortilla and served dry.... More

Yes, this is a tourist trap but they make excellent and unique margaritas. Be prepared to spend $9.50 to $11.50 each but they have strawberry with basil and regular w jalapeño. They do charge for chips and salsa but can make guacamole at the table. Food is all right. I had pork tacos that were very greasy.

We had a knowledgeable, experienced waiter. The guac was fantastic with chips that had a little kick to them. Margaritas were delicious with lots of flavor tochoose from.. beautiful view of water from our table. Loved the bamboo hanging lights.

We visited Rocco's on a recommendation from a friend and we were not disappointed! They have an awesome selection of Margaritas and their food selection is expansive! You can be seated inside or outdoors... we sat at a high top table near the bar... it was very busy but the service was good! Highly recommend the Jalapeño Margaritas!

Don't think there is a spare square inch that isn't decorated with unusual/fun art. The experience is fun in itself, but the great selection of drinks and wonderful spicy Mexican food makes it worth a visit. Will be back

Stopped by for dinner. Saw a line as expected on a Saturday night. 40 minutes later we were seated. Micki our waitress was very pleasant and helpful. Ordered the gaucamole dip made tableside with chips. Excellent. Best I've had. Also 4 tacos, chicken, beef, pork and sausage. More than enough as I left full and satisfied. Wife had steak and... I visited Rocco's a couple of years ago on a business trip. Didn't have much recall. Thought I would try it again with my family on vacation. Overall, it's average at best. Everything we had was over spiced with some interesting spices (even the tortilla chips). There is a lot (and I mean a lot) of cilantro. So if you... More

We had a really great lunch here. Fun Day-of-the-Dead decor, lovely view to a small lake, excellent service, really good foor. It seems to have some Cuban/Latin influence as I had ceviche to start which was really good, and big enough to be lunch, at least for me. My husband's favorite cuisine is Mexican and he really enjoyed his enchiladas.... More

We took a group of friends out to eat here and was pleasantly surprised. It's a very busy restaurant and hard to get in; reservations are highly recommended. The Mexican food is fresh and tasty. Everyone loved their meal. The margaritas are wonderful. It is a very noisy restaurant. I recommend a table back by the beautiful lake view.

Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bar serves the best authentic, fresh, and reasonably priced Mexican food featuring the simple recipes of everyday Mexican life. The corn tortillas are made by hand and cooked fresh on the comal just as they are made in kitchens throughout Mexico. Enjoy fresh guacamole prepared tableside. Order a Margarita mixed with housemade sour mix. Sample one of the 220 different Tequila's Rocco's keeps on hand (The Largest Selection in Florida). The bar is always busy and the crowd's energy level reaches a crescendo when "Rocco" himself does his now famous "TEQUILA DANCE" on top of the bar. Rocco's Tacos offers outdoor lakeside dining along beautiful Sand Lake. Come join the fun at Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bar!!
