Unfortunately I didn't have the time for a paella, but I'll do it the next time I'm in Orlando! The fish stew was incredible. Crusty fresh bread, and my wife loved the chicken rellano.

I have no idea. I heard Spanish being spoken, but that's not unusual for Orlando.
